The Lord Is Our Helper

So, we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” Hebrews 13:6

Leaders are not always the strongest, most intelligent, nor the fastest. The best example is the lion. The lion is considered the king of the jungle. The lion is not the biggest animal, not the fastest not even the most intelligent. But the lion has an ‘attitude’ that makes him the king of the jungle

We as children of God can learn from the lion. We can change our attitude and become fearless.

Today, we may be going through fearful days and nights. For some, it may be fear of disease, financial crisis, children’s future, work issues, or even death. Our attitude should change. Every time fear come up in our hearts, let us remember the living words of this verse

The Lord is my helper.
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?

Let these words be the guiding light in our seasons of fear. The confession made in faith will truly change our attitude and we will gain our confidence in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Finally, Psalm 34:10 says the lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.

Even the powerful lion, with the attitude of the king, grows weak. We as children of God will lack no good thing because our help comes from Him who is our helper.
