THE SPIRIT WITHIN YOU

Ezekiel 36:27– “I will put my spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes, and you will keep my judgements and do them.”

After our supernatural heart transplant is done, the Lord promises to put a new spirit within us, so we, in fact go through a complete change from the inside out.  And how do we know all this has happened within us, or is happening? Because our attitude, choices, behavior – change, and people around us notice these changes.

When the spirit of God is within us, we become tuned to Him, and we are propelled to do His will, as it is written, “Can two people walk together without agreeing on the direction?” (Amos 3:3). Once we choose to walk with God, we walk together.  He guides us and shows us the way we should go, and we do it by obedience to Him.  We definitely cannot go one way, and God the other, or vice-versa.  We stick together, we become one with the Father.

And God our Father gently guides us to walk in His way, the perfect way that He prepared for us, the same way that leads us to His perfect plan and purpose that He prepared for us.

You see, our God has made us, has known us, has loved us first, and He has it all figured out, we just need to daily walk with Him, in His way, following His statutes, His laws, which He causes us to walk in.

Our God is a loving Father. He created us in His own image; He gives us everything we need; He gave us His one and only son who died for us – everything He gives us He gives us freely, through grace, and in abundance!
