Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless His holy name.

With all of my heart, with all of my life, with all of my being, I stand in wonder before my Holy Lord!
Praise the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within the deepest recesses of my being, bless His holy name!
May all my thoughts-anxious and troubled, turn towards the Lord and bless Him for as the heavens are higher than the earth, His thoughts are higher than mine.
My all my judgements bow before the Most High for we know that the Lord did not send His Son to condemn but to save the world.
May my desires and longings no longer be the scale on which my blessings are measured, for I know that the Lord WILL fulfil the desires of my heart when I commit my ways to Him.
Bless the Lord, O my soul and all my emotions be poured out at His feet drenched with the confidence that my Lord my God is my deliverer and strong tower. He who watches over me does not slumber, He is my shade at my right hand, He is my protector, He is my salvation!
May all my reasoning and shortcomings be overshadowed by the hope that is found in my Christ for no one who hopes in Him will ever be put to shame.
May the very essence of my being, the very core of my existence, the finest particle of my physicality bless the Lord, my maker and my Holy Father.
May every cell in my body erupt in praise and adoration of my mighty and marvellous Lord who is seated in the highest.
Bless the Lord, O my soul and ALL that is within me, everything, burst into jubilant praises and glorify the One who is worthy! May this be the song upon my lips from this day on. For His glory and His glory alone! Amen!
