1 John 5:4
“Whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.”
The God of the Holy Bible has always been on a winning streak and never failed. Besides, He is known as a conqueror, victor, and overcomer— for all the right reasons. So, it should come as no surprise that those who have received Him as their Lord and Saviour are themselves overcomers through Him.
When we make Him our Lord and put our faith in Him, He takes away all our burdens and troubles. He takes it upon Himself to fight our battles and victory becomes inevitable. Faith is the key ingredient that facilitates God’s power and control over all our situations. What once seemed impossible is easily achieved through Christ Jesus.
Whatever situation you are currently in, know that victory is close. Learn to trust in the Lord and wait on Him. There is nothing that our Lord cannot do. All you need is a little bit of faith. Remember that as children of God, we can overcome every challenge and stand tall and victorious when it’s all over. This is the promise we have in Christ.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You that through You, I can achieve anything and have victory over my enemies. I am an overcomer in Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
