Psalm 5:11(NKJV) – Let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name be joyful in You.
In our daily lives, be it at school, home, workplace or with friends, there is often some trouble along the way. This could be in the form of bullying, jealousy, health issues, financial issues, etc. Life is not a bed of roses. When we go through these troubles and pains, who do we rely on? Is it our friends, our family, or strangers? While they may have every intention to support and be with us through our difficult times but they are only human and can let us down.
However, there is someone in whom we can take refuge during this time. Someone who will hold our hand throughout, no matter how hard the road becomes. Someone who will never leave us nor forsake us. He is our Rock, our Salvation, our Hope, our Heavenly Father. Through Him and with Him all our troubles will ease away. All we must do is put our trust in Him.
What an absolute blessing that God has chosen us to be His children. We shout for joy and sing His praises as He is always there with us. He has a plan and purpose for our lives and when we lean on Him and Him alone, He walks with us on the path He has chosen for us so we may not falter. No evil will touch us because God is our defense, He is our fortress in times of trouble.
As we choose Him as our everlasting Father, let us rejoice in Him and He will pour out His grace and mercy on us.
