Faithful God

The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands. – Psalm 138:8

A father gifted his daughter a cycle for her birthday. To begin with he bought the cycle with basic accessories. However, his plan was to make the cycle perfect and convenient for his daughter to ride safely so he started getting essential accessories one by one and made the cycle convenient and safe for the daughter to ride. We surely can see this analogy in Psalm 138:8. Our Abba Father will perfect everything that concerns us. His unfailing love and never-ending mercy is the reason for it. He is a faithful God.

As Philippians 1:6 says God will never forsake the works of His hands. We are his handiwork as it says in Ephesians 2:10 NIV, He has a plan and purpose for our lives and He is a promise keeper. Every plan and purpose of our lives will be accomplished beautifully for the glory, honor, and praise of His holy name.

Therefore as long as we are in His hands let us be of good cheer and not be anxious, because He will perfect all that concerns us. We are never forsaken. His plans and purpose will surely be accomplished.
