Held in His Heart

Isaiah 49:15

Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, yet I will not forget you.

Have you ever felt forgotten? Have you been left alone in a moment of deep pain or silent waiting?
God sees you! His voice breaks through our loneliness with a love more powerful than we can ever imagine.

He compares His heart to that of a mother cradling her newborn. A mother would do anything for her child — holding, comforting, sacrificing without a second thought. Yet, even if the purest human love were to falter, God’s love for us never will.

“I will not forget you.” Those words are not a whisper but a vow from the heart of the Almighty. When your prayers feel unanswered, when the world moves on without noticing your tears, when doubts shout louder than hope, be assured that His love remains steadfast. His eyes are always watching over you. He will never leave you, and His heart never turns away.

You are carved into His memory, written on the palms of His hands (Isaiah 49:16). You are His beloved — now, tomorrow, and forever.

Today, lean into the everlasting arms that hold you tighter than any earthly embrace. Let His promise steady your heart: He will never abandon you. You are deeply remembered for He loves you fiercely.

Prayer:
Father, when I feel invisible or forgotten, remind me that Your love never fails. Thank You for holding me so close to Your heart. Help me live each day resting in Your unfailing compassion. Amen.
