Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103: 2-3 NKJV
This verse calls us to rejoice in the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we experience the life we have, and it is by His grace that we remain safe amidst life’s many perils. Even when we navigate through troubled waters, we stand firm and resilient because of Jesus.
God, through the cross, made a deliberate choice to forgive and heal us. This choice holds great power, as it comes from the Almighty I AM. He has intentionally chosen to love us, forgive us, and bring healing to all our ailments. Therefore, let us rejoice, for salvation has been granted to humanity through Christ Jesus. We possess a hope and peace that surpass all understanding because we are cherished by God’s unconditional love.
In the presence of God’s love, everything the world offers appears dull and insignificant. Just as Paul stated in Philippians 3:8 (NKJV), “Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ.”
Let us dwell in His presence and fix our gaze upon Him, for He is our eternal salvation.
