Psalm 23:4 (KJV)
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
Psalm 23:4 is a comforting and most well-known verses from the Bible.
What is this shadow of death or the dark valley? It could be financial, medical, relational…whatever is causing us to feel as if we’re walking in uncertainty or confusion, these are the dark times. These are the dark valleys.
But Psalm 23:4 reminds us that The Lord is our shepherd! He knows what He’s doing, and He promises to guide us through the valleys until we reach the sunny, open field on the other side. We have nothing to fear even though we may feel overwhelmed at times, just keep moving forward and do not give up.
He is with us and won’t ever leave us. And if we happen to stray away in the valley, He promises to leave the other 99 (Matthew 18:12) just to find you, wherever you may be. Cling on to this previous promise. God is constantly with us, gently leading us, and forever faithful through every valley and over every mountain.
Are you walking through the valley of the shadow of death? Do not worry because your Shepherd is still in control. Let Him take over and lead you today.
Yes, indeed this is true that financial, medical and relational etc., I am going through but my God is comforting, guiding, giiving me courage to move on in His presence. Because He is moving in our midst, He is working in the place I /we go, that’s why I worshipping yeah I am worshipping. Because He is way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper, light in the darkness of valley. Even I can’t feel it He never stop working. Even I can’t see it Jesus never stop working yes hundred percent it’s true. So let’s trust Him, cling on to Him because He’s our Heavenly Father.
