The Battle belongs to the Lord!

Deuteronomy 20:4 (KJV)
For the Lord your God is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.

Are you facing a problem, an attack, a conflict or a battle that looks massive that it overwhelms you? Is your heart gripped with fear of the unknown or fear of danger and harm?

God reassures us with a promise that He will go with us in the battle; He will fight for us against our spiritual enemies and bring us out winning and victorious.

God asks us to not fear. Don’t regard the size or strength of the enemy and the problem. Instead, be confident because He’s going to get us through this. He is willing to deal with our issues if we call upon Him, lean-to Him, and depend on Him. He will save and deliver us from our enemies.

There are times the path seems different from what we expected. The ‘all-seeing, all-powerful, eternal God’, who sees the beginning from the end, has us in His hands. He promises to never leave us nor forsake us. God will not let anything happen to us, which will rob us of God’s perfect plan for our lives and the fullness of His inheritance.

Let’s march forward with eyes of faith. It’s not about the odds stacked up against us, but God’s victory and what He is going to do in our lives.

In 1 Samuel 17:47, David tells the giant Goliath who was threatening the armies of Israel, “The Lord does not save with sword and spear for the battle is the Lord’s and He promises us victory”
