My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
What are you in need of today? Love, wisdom, companionship, finance, healing, direction, strength, courage, salvation from temptation, or perhaps the simpler pleasures of riches and fame? Whatever be your need, God is able to provide. God is a generous giver who does not lack. The question you need to ask is, are you hoping to receive? Are you believing you will receive? If the answer is yes, then get ready to witness God the provider in action.
God delights in giving because we are His beloved children, but He also rewards good works. When you start giving, you reflect God to those around you. Whether it is your time, talent, or treasure, God wants you to be a generous giver like him. As you meditate on today’s verse, recall all the times God provided. Recall also to your mind all those who you can provide to.
