through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:2 NKJV
Is it not easy for us to cross our fingers and wish for the best, most of the times? Maybe for world it is, but for children of God who proclaim their faith out loud, who live in Christ day in and day out, hope is so much more than that. To have hope means to have a confident expectation.
When God created the world, He created us to be hopeful beings. Hopeful of him, hopeful in Him but as we all fell short of His glory, His perfect creation fell short of hope that was natural to us. To most of us now, hope may not come naturally, but here is the difference-maker- to have hope, we must know God, we must learn what hope means and why we can have it and learn how to live a hopeful life. As we understand His word, we come to understand His unconditional love, His sacred sacrifice, His unending mercy and grace. This journey of understanding and seeking the Lord is where He establishes the truth that we seek Him and His word for every need. This relationship we build with God in this journey is holistic, while we are convicted by faith in our hearts, He leads us to His grace, this grace we live upon brings us joy in the hope we receive in Him alone.
This circle of faith we build with God through our relationship with Him, is foolproof.
Our faith guarantees us permanent access into this marvelous kindness that has given us a perfect relationship with God, it’s incredible how joy bursts forth within us as we keep on celebrating our hope of experiencing God’s glory!
Wonderful hope that Lord Abba father has showered upon us. We need to strongly believe in Lord Jesus who will take care of our needs and without him nothing is impossible. We need to put God first in our lives and we can see amazing things happen to us.
