For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Mathew 5:20 NKJV
Christ Jesus set new standards for the world to follow. We have heard of the various traditions of this world, not just the Jewish traditions followed by the Pharisees and scribes, but also in the world over, in order to keep themselves consecrated for GOD.
But Christ Came and told us, that GOD doesn’t dwell amongst the external rituals and outward appearances, HE is everpresent amongst those who worship in Truth and Spirit. We are to worship the great I AM, with truth in our hearts and the Holy Spirit as our Guide.
GOD knows our every move. He knows our petitions even before we ask them, HE weighs the truth in our intentions and the Holy Spirit gives us the right desires to pray for. GOD is calling us today, to lay our intentions truthfully before HIM and accept HIS plans for our lives unconditionally, and as we do that, we will see the blessings of GOD unleashed in our lives.
