Psalm 9:11
Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Zion! Declare His deeds among the people.
This verse invites every believer to lift praises to God because He is never distant or detached from His people. It points to God’s throne in Zion, often referring to Jerusalem, the heart of Israel’s worship. “Zion” here illustrates God’s reign and His nearness. The verse reminds us that worship is not only a private expression of gratitude but also a public testimony of God’s goodness.
