1 Timothy 4:4-5
“For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.”
From the sun in the sky to the tiniest fish in the sea, all of them are God’s precious creations. We cannot disregard anything, saying it is not from God. Sometimes we tend to exploit good things, like overindulgence in food, which can lead to gluttony.
Every person we meet is important to God, be it a lesson or a blessing; everyone teaches us something, and we need to receive both lessons and blessings with gratitude in our hearts. It is easier said than done, especially with that one person who constantly tests our patience, maybe at our workplace, with family, or elsewhere. In such situations, pause and try seeing the other person beyond the filters we have; they are God’s child too. God created all of us with the same love and affection. Let us be patient with one another like Jesus is with us. We cannot look down on anyone because every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused.
