Mark 6:56: And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment; and as many as touched him were made whole.
Wherever Jesus went, people thronged in great multitude to see Him and to receive a touch from Him. They knew that He would feed them when they are hungry and heal them of their physical ailments too. They were so desperate to touch Him that they would be satisfied if they could at least touch the border of His garment. They were healed based on their faith.
Are you desperate for Jesus? In spite of your dreadful situation, are you still ready to reach out to Him when He is around you? He might have just walked past you without noticing you even though He knows what you need, but are you willing to reach out to Him? Are you willing to cry out to Him and tell Him what you need? If you are trying to back out and wait for Him to come to you, there is less chance of receiving what you need. Sometimes delays are not because God doesn’t see us but it is because we don’t cry out to Him or ask Him what we need. We assume God knows our needs and choose to remain silent and not talk to Him about them. Well, we need to pour out our hearts continually to Him and try and touch and seek Him when He can be found.
All those who touched Him were healed. Yes, if you can touch His heart today with your desperateness, you will be healed. You will receive what you want, but when you touch Him, have the faith that He will restore health and prosperity into your diseased condition. Be blessed.
