Romans 8:32 NKJV
He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
God loved the world so much that He sent His Son to die for us while we were still sinners. It was a pure demonstration of His unconditional, everlasting love for us.
When we were enemies of God, He reconciled us through the death of His Son. We received forgiveness of sins, we were released from guilt and shame, and our relationship with God was restored. If this is what He did for us while we were sinners, can you not believe the triumphant statement of Paul in this verse: How will He not freely give us all things now that we are His children?
Earthly fathers leave behind an inheritance for their children. When we are born again, we become children of God. Now, we are heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ of a heavenly inheritance (Romans 8:17). He also gives us everything we need to live a victorious, godly life here – strength and wisdom for our daily challenges, family needs, healing, financial breakthroughs, and emotional and spiritual needs.
The foundation for everything God does for us is His agape love. His Word assures us that absolutely nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:38-39). We must allow this truth to sink in and build an unshakable confidence in His love, awakening us to passionate worship and wholehearted devotion. God’s love never fails us!
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the priceless truth that You love me so much that You suffered and died on my behalf. You have given me everything I need for a victorious life. Nothing can separate me from Your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
