From Him are all things, to Him are all things

When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless the Lord your God for the good land which He has given you.
Deuteronomy 8:10

Somewhere we have all been told that it is hard to stand firm in a shifting culture, hard to believe in what was done in the past and hard to understand what future brings. In this mad race, what is hard for sure, is one holding onto their sanity. In today’s world so many of them dwell in ‘now, me, myself and I’, more than calling this self-centrism it would only be fair to look much deeper within and understand that self-centrism is a reflection of one’s insecurity.

The confidence they place in themselves, the confidence they place in their assets and possessions is only because of the mistrust they brew in their hearts. This race of running helter-skelter to provide for oneself, to be satisfied in oneself, only dries their heart. We all face challenges, children of God, non-believers, everyone. In the middle of these challenges, frustration and impossible circumstances, we have a God who is in control, He turns impossible into “I’Mpossible”. He declares His power to deliver, direct and provide. Praise God for His provision is satisfying, holistic and complete.

God’s provision is a reflection of His relentless love, His desire to fill us with the riches of His kingdom. For His word says long for Me as I longed for you and you will be satisfied. Let us remember to give thanks to the Lord and bless His name, He is worthy of it all.
