GOD is our Protector

For You Are my rock and my fortress; therefore, for your name’s sake, lead me and guide me. Psalm 31:3

We all bear the name of Jesus Christ with us, even though we all have our own surnames, in heavenly registers we are all sons and daughters of Our dear Lord Jesus Christ. It is a privilege to be called a son or a daughter of The Great I am.

The name of God is powerful. The name of Jesus attracts power, strength and peace, He is the name above all names and He values His reputation. When we lean on God, only trusting in His nature and knowing the power of His name, we will be protected under His wings. He will be our rock and a fortress, that protects us from all disasters and problems. For His namesake, He leads us and guides us and ensures we are victorious in every area of our life.

If we humans who are so feeble, here today and gone tomorrow, worry about our reputation and ensure that we do not do anything that would harm our reputation, then how much more will God who is so holy and righteous ensure that, those who follow Him and abide in Him will be prospered and protected. So whatever may be the situation that we are in, let us know for sure that for His name’s sake our God will handle everything that concerns us, for He is our God who never slumbers nor sleeps.
