Psalm 37:24 – “Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the Lord upholds him with His hand.” (KJV)
When issues arise in the world that affect us, and are out of our control, anxiety tends to take over. We begin to imagine all sorts of things even before they can happen. Our fear of the future causes us to be weary, and weak in the spirit. For instance, the current pandemic situation is something that has affected the entire world. Scores of people have fallen sick. Many have lost their jobs. Personal finances are depleting. Millions go hungry every day. EVERYONE is scared.
Beloved, have thoughts of adversity been plaguing your mind lately?
“I am all alone with no one to help me.”
“This is happening because God has abandoned me.”
“I have committed too many mistakes for God to forgive me.”
Another thought which is shaking many of us to the very core, today:
“The economy is failing; I am going to be left with nothing.”
The Lord wants to remind you, today, that His holy presence supersedes the reality of your circumstances. Even the COVID-19 situation we are facing today. If you are one of the many people who have lost a great deal, and are facing heavy financial losses:
Don’t give up! Don’t lose your faith in God. Your life is still in His hands regardless of the current season.
You have no reason to despair. This is not the end for you. Things can and will change for the better, but you must hold on to your faith in the Lord. He works on behalf of those who wait for Him (Isaiah 64:4).
Beloved, your Heavenly Father wants to reassure you, today, that He will provide if you stay faithful and cling to His Word. Don’t allow yourself to be tempted to think: “The economy is failing. I am going to be left with nothing.” Fight that thought with the truth:
“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19, KJV)
when you knowingly and willingly sin …again and again then too is it right of me to expect God’s forgiveness? He may still forgive but to receive that forgiveness is extremely difficult
Thank you Lord Jesus, for being with me/us. Thank your ever lasting compassion that you have shown upon me/us. Though situations are not favour to me/us. We cling on to you Lord God. Help me/us to glorify your NAME alone. Strengthen me/us with your Holiness and goodness. You go before me/us, you fight my/our battles that you give victory after victory. Even in this pandemic season Lord thank you are with us.
In the mighty precious and matchless name we pray. Hallelujah, Amen.
Praise the Lord, Pastor for motivating me through god’s word.

One Hundred percent true. Though my business has stopped since five months, our LORD God is faithful. In my weakness, I am seeing HIS–Jesus Christ–strength in my daily life. Praise be to our LORD God Jesus Christ.
Very encouraging… for all times.
Although our Lord has spared me and our family of these difficulties, we have so many around us who are into this situation and your Devotion is truly meaningful and worth sharing.
Remain blessed. Shalom!
