Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened. That it cannot save. Nor his ear heavy that it cannot hear – Isaiah 59 :1

We may have questions when we go through issues and when there are unanswered prayers in our lives. As we watch the TV, all we see and hear are news of hopelessness.

As a child of God, we should not focus on what is around us, but we need to set our faith and trust in the Lord Jesus. Even in this situation, He can work in our lives. Let us receive His word and confess His word in our hearts.

As it says in 2 Timothy 3:16 “All Scripture is God-breathed ….” . The scriptures are not just words written by men. But the scripture is written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

Let us meditate on the verse. The verse says that the Lord’s hand is not shortened that it cannot save. The Lord’s ear is not heavy that it cannot hear. The Hand of God will continue to save us, and His ear will continue to hear our cries.

It is our step of faith that will activate the word of God . We need to reach out our hands towards Him,then His hands will save us.We need to cry out to Him and then His ears will hear us.Let us act in faith and make the word of God work in our lives.

Our situations may be difficult and hopeless. Our sickness may have no cure. Our future may be grim. But remember, our Lord’s Hands can still stretch out towards us and help us. He will hear our cries and help us.

Today, let us not dwell in thoughts of hopelessness. But, let us rise out of our insecurities and trust God to bring changes in all situations.
