Have you ever given so much to someone but now left without those things you expected you would get in return, truth is we are humans and we keep expecting and if you depend on people they will let you down because people like you, I and everyone have a limitation when it comes to giving out but God is unlimited and His love is forever. Today if you’re struggling to get out of pain and bitterness caused to due to inconsistencies in the set expectations you had, you have to Move Out of it. Continue to love and forgive but if you are unable to do so, it’s because you are holding on to it.
Some people come into your lives as friends and sometimes you cling on to some special people but at some point you lose yourself and become clingy which can hinder your relationship with the Lord. Only Jesus can fulfill your desires and needs, your pain and your shame will only be understood by your creator. You need to love and have fellowship, that’s very important, you cannot live a life without good friends and family however, you do NOT cling on to a person but Jesus Christ!
Isaiah 40:28-29 “Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.”
Philippians 4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”
