“The Lord will give strength to His people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.” Psalm 29:11
Who in your opinion is the strongest person you know? And how is his strength measured? According to the web, muscle strength is the determining factor when measuring the greatest load one can fully move once – without failure or injury.
And how strong do you think the Lord is? Can His strength be measured? Is His strength and power greater than the forces of nature? Yes, they are. Just His voice alone is louder and stronger than the mighty waters; than the flashes of lightning; it shakes the desert; it twists the oaks. (Psalm 29).
His Strength and Power are incomparable! “That Power is the same as the mighty Strength God the Father exerted when He raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, far above every rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. (Ephesians 1:19-21).
Want this strength? Well, then remain His people. Belong to the Lord! Because it is a promise. “He will give strength to His people” and, “He will bless His people with peace.” (Psalm 29:11). Strength and Peace. Physical Strength, Emotional Strength, Spiritual Strength. And Peace. Peace that transcends all human logic and understanding. Hallelujah!!!
