The Supernatural God

Psalms 68:4-5 “Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him.” KJV

The above verse is a directive to all those who have seen and marvelled at the wonderful things the Lord has done. It throws light on the already known fact that the Lord is above all power and greatly to be praised. We are called to celebrate Him in all His glory.

When we have the great God in our lives, we will lack nothing. His favour will make our life worth living. He is known as a defender of those who cannot defend themselves and a redeemer of those burdened by sins. He plays various roles based on our situation and gives us grace in the process. Only He has the power to forgive our sins and give us everlasting peace. He judges the world with His righteousness and does not reject anyone based on their character.

Isaiah 66:1 says, This is what the LORD says: “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. He has authority over the living and the dead. No one or no power comes close to Him. He is beyond competition.

The Lord of the Holy Bible is your God too. Why don’t you take a moment to worship Him and praise Him? Nothing pleases Him more than a heart filled with thanksgiving and praise.

When we come into His presence, He will fill us with His joy and peace. He will pour out His Holy Spirit in us, so that we may rejoice in Him.

Today may be a good day to invite Him into our lives and experience His glory. Once we taste His love and walk in His company, celebration is unavoidable.
