Deuteronomy 11:25 “No one will be able to stand against you. The LORD your God, as he promised you, will put the terror and fear of you on the whole land, wherever you go.”
Ben was always bullied in school. He feared waking up in the morning, because he never knew how his day would turn out. There was a group of boys who always picked on him for fun. Ben couldn’t take it anymore and decided to tell his father. The next day, Ben’s father accompanied him to school just to make sure his son would be okay. The group of boys who used to bully him, froze when they saw his dad with Ben and the ragging stopped.
If an earthly father can be so protective about his son, how much more will our Heavenly Father look after us! The above verse is an assurance that our Lord Jesus Christ will be our shield and safe ground in times of trouble. He will also give us the strength to face any challenges that come our way.
Tell your fears today, that the Lord who has an impressive success streak and an unfailing track record is by your side. There is nothing anyone can do to you. His presence is enough to give you an edge over your enemies. Anyone who goes against you or tries to attack you will stumble and fall in His presence.
So, walk fearlessly into your future, knowing that your God is walking beside you every step of the way and promises to never leave nor forsake you.
Dear God, thank You for Your divine protection. No weapon formed against me will prosper as You are with me. I feel empowered and strengthened in Your presence, and I will fear no evil. In Jesus name, Amen!
