1Corinthians 15:57 “But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
The above verse encourages us to be thankful to God, for through Him we are victorious. And the beauty about the text is that victory is a guarantee in the lives of those who hold on to Christ Jesus.
God knows that we as humans have limitations. He is aware that we are weak in certain areas and need His intervention. Failure and setbacks are part and parcel of life, and all must go through it. Overcoming hardships and difficult situations can be tough, and if we depend on our own strength, we may not succeed. However, when we depend on the Lord, His divine strength takes over and turns things around in our favour. Our God has an unfailing track record and an impressive success streak. He has conquered death itself and defeated every principality of darkness when He rose from the grave. For such a marvellous God, victory comes easy.
Therefore, brothers and sisters, regardless of what you may be going through, remember that the Lord is with you, and He will deliver you from your pain. All you need is a touch from Him. So, rejoice in your lowest moments and celebrate your upcoming victory as God is in control.
As we celebrate National Girl Child Day in our Country, let us pray that every girl will know the Lord and shine for His glory. They will conquer all their fears and overcome every challenge and live in victory through Christ Jesus.
