Proverbs 3:32
For the perverse person is an abomination to the Lord, but His secret counsel is with the upright.”

We have all been in situations where we have asked God, “Why are the wicked flourishing? We do our work right with honesty, and yet we see the wicked succeeding in certain situations.” It seems unfair, but we need to know that no man on this earth can ever do anything apart from God and be satisfied and happy. We can achieve all we want in this life; if Jesus isn’t a part of it, we are standing on slippery ground.

To walk in uprightness means to walk in faith, integrity, transparency, and truthfulness with a serving mindset. When working, talking to people, or alone, we think about our actions and thoughts to align with God’s word. Our walk with God and our faith in Jesus will automatically be reflected in our daily lives and those around us. And we know one thing for sure: Our God works all things for good according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”)
