04:50 and the Lord of Lords. Hallelujah. Amen. Amen. Amen. Please be seated. We're going to have a special song by the choir. Over to the choir. And I heard him walk. the sound of crackling dry. And I heard him walk. The sound of crackling dry leaves in a distance. And I knew it's his footsteps. My heart pounded within me. Just at the sound of his voice calling my name. But I didn't want him now. I was afraid and wanting to hide. Surrounded by my own demons. [music] shameful, broken, wounded, and
05:53 confused. I had no one to plead my case, no friend to take my place. Far from grace, I knew I had sinned. But there he was. He stood in majesty, wearing a golden crown in purple adorn. He paused and looked at me, hiding in shame, knowing there's freedom only through his name. But I stood guilty, exposed. Nothing to hide to the one who knows it all. And then he did the unthinkable. He took off his golden crown, exchanged his crown for the thorns. He gave up his throne to walk with me. He gave up his light to take up my darkness. And I stood in wonder. Am I worth it all? He stood there reminding me [music] that he is the way even before I could run away. That he is the truth even before I could break his rules. That he is [music] life even before I had life.
06:56 Yes, he is Emmanuel born today to give me a second chance. I see him in a manger laid. [music] My sin and shame forever paid. Yes, I am free. I'm free indeed. God with me. Emmanuel is he. 45:16 Father, we exalt you as the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords at this place. Come and be honored. Speak to us through your word in Jesus name we pray. Amen. Let's put our hands together. Welcome our dear pastors. Hallelujah. Why don't you just turn around and wish at least two or three people merry Christmas before you are seated. I want to take this time to welcome all of us who have not only gathered here but also are participating online from around the world. Merry Christmas to you. And I want you to just look around. This is going to be how it feels after we start the church construction. And very soon we'll all be in one big building, you know, just [cheering] worshiping God together. It's going to be fantastic. Wow. Please be seated. I have to tell you, the most good-looking people today are in palace grounds.
46:18 As I was walking in and I saw some wonderful people from northeast India in your northeastern costumes and uh some south India we wear everything around the world and people from north uh we've all come together to worship the one king who deserves all the glory and the honor and what a privilege and a joy to be called the sons and daughters of the most high God whether you are sitting inside or you are outside in the overflow wherever Wherever you are, the fact of the matter is Christ Emmanuel is with us. >> The Bible tells us about Jesus Christ, God Almighty who became human. When God became human, which many people call the word incarnation, avatar, when God became a human, when God became his own creation, when God decided instead of sending a
47:22 prophet, instead of sending a representative, instead of sending somebody on God's behalf as an angel, he decided to come personally. ally and that condition was called Jesus. He always existed. The Bible tells us in John's gospel chapter 1 and verse number one onwards, in the beginning, let's read together. In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life and the life was the light of men. Unlike created creatures, unlike the creation which keeps changing, either entropy being corrupt with time, decaying or evolution trying to get better, everything that is
48:25 created is changing with time either intentionally or as a consequence of nature. But the fact is God is perfect and never changes. And therefore in him is life unchanging. We get life from external source but God is life. The word has life inherent in it. And Christmas is the declaration of this astonishing truth that God became flesh not by changing himself but God just put on a human covering. Christmas is when God put on a human covering. This morning we got dressed up to come to church here in palace grounds to worship God. This morning we got dressed up. God dressed up in human form and became a child and became a baby. Catching that condensation of eternity into time.
49:30 catching that conversion of immortality into mortality. catching that unusual transformation where the divine became human. John's gospel 1:14 the Bible says and the word became flesh and dwelt amongst us and we beheld his glory as the glory of the only begotten of the father full of grace and truth. God is a spirit actually. God is a spirit but God put on a human body. God became a part of human life and he understands our feelings. He understands our joy and our pain. He understands our suffering. He came as a part of us to redeem us from its evil. In fact, the Bible tells us when Christ came there was divine glory and majesty. But when you talk of a king, the majesty of a
50:33 king is in his money, is in the crown he wears, in the armies that he has. The majesty of a king is sometimes in the many wives and the haram he has. The majesty of a king is sometimes in the kind of exploits he has done. But Christ the king shows his majesty in a completely different way. by washing the feet of his disciples, by looking so normal and so casual that it took a disciple to point him out as Jesus the son of God. That's Christ our Lord. And to understand him, John's gospel gives us seven declarations revealing the son of God. Let's say together, Jesus >> the son of God. Seven statements the Lord Jesus made which are very exclusive which reveal Christ as the son of God. The world lives in darkness and therefore he said I am the light of the world. The world
51:36 lives in separation from God and therefore he says I am the door that opens you into union with God. The world is lost in its own sin and struggle and therefore he says I am the good shepherd that help you. The world is hungry for reality. And so he says, "I am the bread of life." The world is quite confused. That's why the Bible declares Jesus saying, "I am the way. I am the truth. I am the life." The world is looking forward to being fruitful, to bearing fruit, to be useful. And that's why Christ says, "I am the vine, and with me you will bear much fruit." The biggest enemy of mankind is called death. Thank God for so much of medical exploration and technology in the scientific world. We have learned how to make the quality of life better and live a little longer. But still people fear death. Death is the worst thing that everybody
52:40 understands and wants to avoid. When death comes, people run to the hospitals. People run to technology. People run to medical fraternity. Nobody wants to die. But Jesus came to conquer the greatest enemy. And he did conquer the greatest enemy for he declared I am the resurrection and I am the life. Why did Jesus say I am the light of the world? When did Jesus say I am the light of the world? John's gospel 8:12 records the verbbitim exact statement. Let's read. Then Jesus spake again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world. He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of darkness is not just mere ignorance. It is spiritual rebellion, blindness, confusion, sin. And left to ourselves as human beings, we are not able to generate the divine light within ourselves. I remember going to the
53:44 school every morning in the kendra vidya allaya and saying prayersa lead me lord from darkness to light lead me lord from ignorance to truth lead me lord from death to life and Christ came saying I have come exactly for that to lead you from darkness into light to lead you from death into life to lead you from ignorance into truth go ahead give him a mighty hand clap Those who follow Christ are not just following some personality. They are following the light of eternity and light that brings life into us. Spiritual blindness is a reality. You may be religious, you may be traditional. This particular passage the Lord Jesus spoke in John 8:12 was to spiritual Pharisees and to his disciples. The Jewish crowd were very religious. But they were blind. Blindness does not happen outside
54:47 religion. It also can happen inside religion. Having religion doesn't give you sight. Having God gives you sight. And that's the difference between religion and spirituality. Religion is a tradition, a set of rules. But light is having a relationship with God who brings vision into our life. To know Jesus is to know God. I'll say that again. To know Jesus is to know God. That's why Jesus said in John's gospel 5 23 that all men should honor the Son even as they honor the Father. He that does not honor the son of God does not honor God the father which hath sent him. Worshiing Jesus leads to eternal life. Worshiing Jesus is to worship God Almighty. You see the wise men when they saw the star they understood the son of God was born and the wise men followed
55:51 the star all the way from the east. According to the Bible history and some world literature it appears the star kept shining in the Orion for more than six to 6 months to one year and the wise men followed that star all the way to Bethlehem. The angels appeared with a bright light in the night sky for a group of shepherds that were keeping watch over their flock. It appears to me everywhere God uses light to lead people to Jesus. God somehow doesn't use darkness. God uses light. He himself is the light. Maybe God used a friend as a light. Maybe God used a family as a light. Maybe God used an invitation from the church as a light. Don't worship the light. Worship whom the light leads you to. It is Jesus that is greater than the light. I am the light of the world, the son of the living God. Jesus did many
56:54 miracles. The Bible talks about the miracles Jesus did. In fact, the Old Testament is full of miracles. Enoch was a prophet. Moses was a prophet. Elijah was a prophet. They all did miracles. They brought fire from the sky. They prayed and the weather changed. They prayed the dead came back to life at least for a short while and lived for some more time. Waters were splinted to two. You had the towers falling off when people prayed. Mana fell from heaven and people ate. Over 2 million of them ate mana every day for over 40 years. Miracles happened. But one miracle that did not happen in the Old Testament is the blind receiving sight. It never happened in the Old Testament. No prophet has done that. God somehow never opened blind eyes in the Old Testament. But the New Testament, Jesus inaugurates his ministry and spectacularly one of the miracles Jesus did repetitively was
57:58 open the blind eyes. Why? Because Christ is the light of the world and he was showing the world through his miracles that as the son of God nobody who lives in him will live in blindness. You get a perspective on your life. You get a perspective on the troubles you go through. You get a vision of why you're going through what you're going through. And you know that with God in your life, you are more than conqueror through Christ who strengthens you. And you can do all things through him. Go ahead and give him a mighty hand of praise. Hallelujah. Jesus the son of God went on to say in John's gospel chapter 10:9, I am the door. Let's read it together. I am the door. You see, sin had shut the door to God Almighty. And we were banished from the presence of God. Literally had nothing to do to God Almighty or to reach the divinity. We invented religions. We invented systems.
59:02 We invented philosophies. But nothing would reach God. The door was shut. And Jesus became the door on the cross. When he was torn apart, when the veil was taken off, he became the door through whom anybody can have access with God Almighty. Salvation is exclusive. It is in Christ alone. But it is inclusive. The invitation is for everybody. Entry is free. It is impartial and it is universal. I've seen in some places you know uh to see God to see a prophet to see a guru or a a saint there are two doors. One is normal door heavy queue there too much of rush there. Then there is a special door that's only for VIPs and people who can pay big ticket or people of you know upper fraternity but lower fraternity all have to go through the local door. Jesus said when you come to me there is
1:00:04 only one door. I am the door. Whoever you are come come with faith. Come with repentance. Come. No matter what religion, cast, culture, community, language, dress code, literacy level, it doesn't matter. Come to me. I am the door that is opened for you. And the message is clear. I am the door for anybody who comes will be received. In the same chapter, just two verses later in verse 11, Jesus says, I am the good shepherd and the good shepherd gives his life for the sheep. The son of God is the good shepherd. And the good shepherd gives his life for the sheep. Ask any shepherd around Bangalore. Around Bangalore there are some farms, okay? They they rear sheep. Ask one of the shepherds. Do you ever die for the sheep? He'll laugh at you. We don't die for the sheep. We kill the sheep when we want.
1:01:08 We sell the sheep. We kill the sheep. We eat the sheep. Who will die for the sheep? Jesus said when he was born in Bethlehem, "I'm a good shepherd. I don't kill my sheep. I hang myself on the cross for the sheep. I came to die." Many people think because Jesus died on the cross, they think he was helpless, he was lonely, he couldn't save himself. That's the problem. When you are illiterate, you misunderstand. The one who created the heavens and the earth chose to become a baby and die as a sinner. A sinner cannot die for others because a sinner has to die for his own sin and all of humanity is sinful. Jesus came as the son of God with no sin in him and he was qualified to die for others and he gave his life intentionally walked to the cross. When people see death, they run away from death. But Jesus walked to the cross, went and told the soldiers, "I am
1:02:14 Christ. Leave the others. Take me. I am Christ. Arrest me." And they took him and they crucified him. He didn't try to escape. He didn't do a jailbreak. He went straight to the cross. But on the way, he told his disciples, "Guys, watch out. Third day, we'll meet up in Galilee. because I won't stay at that too long. I am the son of God. [applause] Oh, sure. Go ahead. Give God a big hand of praise. Absolutely. Hallelujah. Jesus took upon himself the fullness of human dressing so that we could see God and yet not be overwhelmed by his power and understand. Jesus did not send salvation through corer service. Jesus didn't send his salvation through a swiggy. He came personally to deliver it through his own body. For I am he said the good shepherd. Hallelujah. World is
1:03:18 hungry looking for reality. You know the other day I was I was uh studying one medical truth and it surprised me and the medical truth says this. Many people when they feel thirsty the body gives a signal to the brain you are thirsty but in the brain there is confusion for many people and instead of drinking water they go eat something. Bangaloreans are definitely affected you know same thing happens in the spirit world. The spirit desires God is hungry for God. But somehow it is miscalculated, wrongly calibrated. We end up doing good works. We end up in our passions. We run for pleasures. We try to do something that satisfies us. Watch movies, drink alcohol, find friends, get into vices, get into addictions, try to do something, get lost in work. [snorts] Somehow we want to satisfy the deep inner vacuum which only God can fill. That's why Jesus said
1:04:21 in John 6:35, let's read together, I am the bread of life. He that cometh to me shall never hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never. People who come to Christianity might hunger again, but people who come to Christ will never hunger again. People who come to religion might be confused, but people who come to Christ will be satisfied. When did this really happen? When did the Lord Jesus make that statement? What happened was one day the Lord Jesus was teaching. He was preaching and like this 10,000s 20,000 the Bible says 5,000 men and their wives and children. So I don't know what 20,000 people 30,000 people big crowd like this huge crowd. Lord Jesus has compassion on them. I'm going to finish preaching in a few more minutes. But the Lord kept preaching. I'm trying to be like Jesus. But anyway, the Lord kept preaching and at one point
1:05:25 the Lord felt, "Hey, people are hungry. Let's feed them." Now, to feed 30,000, 40,000 people, you have to plan at least one month in advance. Somebody's getting married, you are getting 500 people coming for your wedding. You will plan at least 6 months in advance. Correct? How to feed everybody? Where to feed? The Lord says to the disciples, "10 minutes we have to feed everyone." Jesus, "Lord, what are you saying? This crowd?" Yep. We're going to feed them. Find some food. Lord, no bakery can produce, no caterer can. Find someone. One disciple says, "Lord, this is a joke, but one boy got five loaves and two fishes. His mother sent lunch. Fellow forgot to eat. Your preaching was so nice. He forgot to eat. Now that is there. That's the only food available. Jesus said bring it. Disciples thought maybe the Lord will eat. What to do? [laughter] They brought the food to Jesus. The Bible says the Lord Jesus took the bread
1:06:28 and all are watching. I mean when 20, 30, 40,000 people are watching and one man takes food, of course everyone will watch. They all were watching mouth like German shepherd dogs dripping. They are hungry salvating. Jesus took the bread. Give thanks. You know, giving thanks is a Christian culture. Learn to be thankful. No matter where you are, be thankful to God. [applause] Be thankful for the little or the much. He gave thanks and he broke it and it started multiplying in the hands of Jesus. If you feel you're broken, don't worry. You're going to find yourself increasing and multiplying. When the world breaks you, they will destroy you. But when God breaks you, you will increase in abundance. Go ahead. Absolutely. Give him a mighty hand of praise. Hallelujah. God never breaks to destruction. He breaks to construction.
1:07:29 and they carry 12 basket full extra after people ate and they're satisfied. Wow. Now in response some people say of course Jesus did a great miracle fantastic but you know Moses fed Israel 40 years in the wilderness 2 million people 40 years they ate mana. Somebody commented Jesus did big miracle but you know 40 years Moses gave bread to Israel. Then the Lord Jesus commented. Let's read that again. That's when the Lord Jesus said 6:35. And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life. He that cometh to me shall never hunger, and he that believeth on me. In the context of the miracle, the Lord Jesus was saying, I am not just some bread that has come from, you know, uh, heaven to just give you some bread and walk away. I am personally the bread of life. He who partakes of me, he who believes in me, he who makes me their spiritual
1:08:33 food will never hunger again. Understanding that freedom in the spirit world is very important. Lot of disasters happen because of misunderstanding but lot of times we celebrate because we get understanding. 1863 all over the world was a big year because in 1863 Abraham Lincoln the president of the United States then made an emancipation proclamation that said no more slavery in America. He made a decree after the rightful process of judicial making of the law said no more slavery in the world black or white young or old everyone is free. You can demand wages for your work. You can choose what work you want to have. No one can enforce their authority on you. There is no slavery. You cannot be bought or sold. No one can be a master over you. There was this family. They were a black African family that lived in that part
1:09:37 of America. And when they heard that from January 1st, 1863, we are going to be free, they were so happy. But the problem was every morning you know the roster the male hen hen now uh many of you don't understand because you are city generation for those who are in the farms you know you know uh back in the days when alarms were not there on the phones alarms were not there on the clock I'm talking about morning alarm okay not being alarmed in life but wake up alarm okay so back in those days they didn't have electronic mechanical alarms. It was the male hen, okay, the roster that used to crow. Yeah, thanks for listening. Now listen to the rest of the message, okay? And don't walk around when I'm preaching. Please be seated. You should not look like a baby in diaper. Now the Bible talks about freedom and this example is
1:10:41 about how Christ brought freedom and how people experience different levels of freedom in personal life. [clears throat] This family because they were serving a white master the rule was every morning when the roster will crow you have to get up and start doing your work. So every morning, no matter how cold it is, no matter how tired they are, no matter how sick they are, they have to get up and they have to work when the roster will crow. They can't take rest after the roster crows in the morning. They were angry with the roster. They used to pray, "God, kill this roster." But it never happened. But 1863 January 1st this family the previous night they were talking about from tomorrow we are a new family. We are no longer slaves to anybody. They kept delighting that from tomorrow they are free and they spoke they slept very late. They were just happy talking discussing. They slept they were talking
1:11:43 about what work we will do from tomorrow where we will go to work whom we will choose as the place where we'll be employed. They were talking late into the night. They slept very late. But morning the roster began to crow and they woke up. They got scared. They woke up. After a few minutes they realized, "We are not slaves anymore. We don't have to worry." All the men and women that woke up, they ganged up, chased that roster. They killed it, cooked it, and ate breakfast. This morning, some of us are going to break that bondage in the name of Jesus. Everything you are going to be satisfied by the bread of life. Everything that purged you and cursed you and made you more uh desperate, Christ is the answer. Jesus is the answer. He is the bread of life. And perspectives begin to change because he is the way. He is the truth and he is
1:12:47 the life. Jesus said this in John chapter 14:6. Let's read. Jesus saith unto them, I am the way. I am the truth. I am the life. No one can come to God as he being their father unless they come through me. Jesus was saying there are three problems. People don't have a way to go. They don't have a direction in life. People don't know the truth about God. They don't have a perception of why they are created. They don't have real life, abundant life on the earth and eternal life beyond the grave. They don't have both. Last week, I was watching the news and it was so painful to see how in our neighboring country, you know, uh some of these radical people, they were murdering one of the uh minorities there from another religion. And I mean it's it's really sad and uh after a few days last week I watched how in northern parts of our own country you know some
1:13:50 of these radicalized elements are persecuting those who want to celebrate Christ on Christmas. The problem is there is no perspective. Radical blindness make people mad. They haven't seen God. They haven't seen God's love. They haven't seen God's grace. And our prayer is that India and the nations around will see the love of the Lord Jesus and experience the salvation. Go ahead, give him a mighty hand. This is so important. Jesus is the way. Jesus is the truth. Jesus is the life. And that reality wherever it is accepted, you know, there is a change in the society. The value systems of the society change. The Bible says in John 15:1 and Jesus said, "I am the true wine and my father is the husband man." Jesus says, "I am the true wine. If you are connected to me, life will flow." Union with Christ is what leads to life from God Almighty.
1:14:56 Union with religion is very manipulative, but union with Christ is very spiritual. Sometimes religion is just an expression of our spirituality. But spirituality is very important and we must have that abiding communion with Christ. This Christmas day I want to encourage everyone who likes to follow Christ. Don't just imitate Christ, participate in Christ. Don't just follow Christ, be connected to Christ. Have that bloodline with Jesus through the blood of Calvary. Allow his genetics to transform you. Be committed to him. Why? Sometimes he will prune you. Sometimes he will change you. Sometimes he'll deal with your desires. Sometimes you feel a little hurt or pain in the way he admonishes you. But trust me, if God allows you a pain and if he ever break you, you will never be destroyed. You will become more fruitful. You will become more useful. You will become more blessed. You will
1:15:57 become more victorious. You might hear the devil say, "Hey, you're going to be destroyed." You might hear the enemy say, "Hey, you're going to be weaker." But don't worry, he is the vine. You are the branch. You are connected to him. You're going to be flourishing. 2026, I believe in the name of Jesus, son of God, his life will flow through us by the grace that he pours out abundantly. The grace of God offers more than just forgiveness. The grace of God offers new life in Christ Jesus. That's why John's gospel chapter 1 and verse 12 the Bible says, "But as many as received him, to them he gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." When you believe in Christ, he doesn't make you a secondass. He doesn't make you a lower cast. He doesn't make you an entry level. You become a full-fledged child of God. Whether you are one month old baby or
1:17:00 you are 21 year old baby, you are still a child in the family. When a child is born, first 6 months, it is not a lower grade child. No, it is still the most important member of the family. Similarly, the moment you are born again, you are important in the house of God. God values you. Hallelujah. The moment you receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Some people think, "Oh, prophets are important to God. Pastors are important to God." No. For God, every child is equally important. God is not impressed with your religion. God is impressed with your faith. When you receive him in your life and his holy spirit begins to flow in you, that's the proper response to Christmas. The beautiful response you can make to Christ is to say, "Lord, I receive your Holy Spirit. I receive you in my life. I
1:18:04 repent of being connected to things that are against you. habits, attitudes, lifestyle, friendships, channels, entertainments that are totally offensive to you and I was connected to that. I cut it off and from now I repent of those and I'll be connected to your Holy Spirit. I'll have good pleasure. I'll have good enjoyment. I'll have right kind of friends. I'll pick up a lifestyle which pleases you. And guess what? That's the most happy life. That's the most victorious life and that's what Christ wants us to have. That perspective comes only when we have Christ in our life. Amen. In a few minutes, I'm going to be praying. I believe today before you leave, God is going to do some miracles in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. You may be sitting here and praying, but miracles will happen wherever it has to happen. Why? God will send his word and do the miracle. His angels will go and do. Go ahead, give God big hand of praise. Our
1:19:07 God is still the son of the living God. Amen. Hallelujah. >> Now, those of you who've been regular to church, you know, we've been studying this month from the uh topic Christ and the reality of Jesus our Lord. We looked at Matthew's gospel that presents Jesus as the king of the Jewish people. We looked at Mark's gospel that presents Jesus as a savior who suffered for us perspectives. We looked at Luke's gospel that presents Jesus as a perfect son of man. And in John's gospel, Jesus is presented as the son of God, the only avatar of God where God became human. I heard a joke. This is funny. It's about one farmer, one farmer and his son. Farmer worked very hard and somehow sent his son to college, paid the college fee. This fellow came out of
1:20:10 the university as a gold medalist. Okay, he became excellent. Now he's going to get a job in a corporate world. He got campus appointment and uh he came home for vacation and he told his parents, "I'm going back. No more money problem." All of that I have studied you know I've done my PhD and education completed now it's going to be fun I'm happy father told for old time's sake anyway few days you are at home let us go sleep in the farm as a child you used to work in the farm we used to sleep in the farm let's put a tent and sleep in the farm one night the son said of course dad let's do it so father and son that night they put a tent in the outside the house in in the farm and they slept in the farm. Okay. Now the son is super educated. He's a PhD. Okay. Father is a farmer. He has just done his fourth standard, fifth standard. That's all. Father. In the middle of the night, some disturbance. Father woke up and he could
1:21:13 see clear sky, a lovely star and the moonlight. He woke up the sun and said, "Son." And the son, grumpy, a bit irritated, says, "Yes, dad. It's the middle of the night. What do you want?" Says, "Look up." Son looks up, scrubs his eyes. "Yes, Dad. What do you see?" "I see stars. I see moon." Father says, "What does that tell you?" Son says, "Materologically, tomorrow is going to be a clear sky, sunny day, no rain, beautiful weather. >> [laughter] >> Theologically, God created everything. Astronomically, Orion is going into the pleus and the sun and the stars, the solar is moving in its certain direction. And then the son says to the father, "What else do you want to know? Why did you wake me up?" Father says, "If you can see the sky, it means stupid. Somebody's stolen our tent.
1:22:20 >> [laughter] >> Sometimes those who couldn't laugh, we'll help you later. Perspectives in life are very important. Understanding realities are very important. Jesus came and explained as a creator all of creation is here for your dominion over it. And people who don't understand that begin to worship the creation instead of the creator. And that's when you suffer the consequences of poor thinking. God created things for our pleasure and for his pleasure. And we are responsible to maintaining those. The forest, the rivers, the animal world, the flora, the fauna. These are creations of God. The Bible says in Romans chapter 1, we worship the creator who created these things, gave us dominion over those things so that we will be faithful stewards and not be afraid of those.
1:23:23 Therefore, the Bible explains through Christ the son of God, we have a perspective on life where life becomes more victorious, life becomes more beautiful. For some people, Christmas is a joyful occasion. You are a baker family. You are a family into business. Christmas is huge money-making time. Christmas is huge business time. But for some others, it's time of painful memories. It's time of celebrating Christmas without a loved one. For some others, it's a season of anxiety, not sure how to look forward, not able to understand how to move forward. This morning I want to tell you whether you are in a season of grief or loneliness, whether you are in a season of success, excited about the future, learn to serve Christ your Lord. Be committed. Don't take a holiday from being a child of God. Be faithful and he will be with you. For he said, "I am the resurrection and life." Somebody shout a hallelujah.
1:24:28 Let's read that last one together. Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life, and he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet he shall live." What was Jesus say? Where did the Lord Jesus say this in John's gospel chapter 11? The Lord Jesus had a dear friend. His name was Lazarus. Jesus is friendly. Jesus is very friendly. When you come to friend, don't come with that rude look. He's a loving God. and he's not afraid of you, but he loves you. He cares for you. Jesus was very friendly. Lazarus was a friend of Jesus, but Lazarus fell sick and died. Sometimes even the friends of God go through trouble. If you're going through trouble, that doesn't mean God doesn't like you. It only means God is going to do a miracle at the right time in your life. That's all it means. The Bible says Lazarus fell sick and died. When Lazarus died, people buried him. That's
1:25:31 what they do. No matter how much they love you, when people die, they have to be buried or cremated or whatever the culture it is, they have to follow process. They buried Lazarus. Jesus comes on the fourth days. Even if Jesus is 4 days late, he's still on time. >> Hallelujah. He comes on the fourth day and says to Mary, Lazarus, sister Mary, Mary, where is Lazarus? Where did you lay him? Where did you bury him? She says, now leave it. He is dead and gone. No, I want to go there. Jesus, Mary says, please don't go. [snorts] His body will be stinking. No matter how much cologne and axe you hit, truth stinks. Once dead we are all human. I know we sit like Krishna Chhatty gold but [laughter] we're all sorry no other company came to my or Malabar gold whatever okay Dubai gold
1:26:38 we are all human even the strongest of us is only as weak as our last breath that's all we are Mary said to Jesus Lord Now don't go there and try your stuff because [snorts] his body will be stinking. It's been 4 days. The Lord says, "No, I am the resurrection. Once I go there, death will bow before me. Lord Jesus is the only God man who never could do a funeral service [snorts] apart from his own funeral service. He could not do any other funeral service. Why? Wherever he went, he's the resurrection. Any funeral he went, funeral company lost their money. Because the dead will get up and say, "Oh Lord, you came. Thank you." You know wherever if Jesus comes with you
1:27:42 everything about death is going to leave by the power of God. I am the resurrection. I am the Oh come on. Give God a mighty hand. I am the resurrection. I am the resurrection. And that's why John's gospel wrote this. And this is so important in chapter 20:31. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is Christ, the son of God, and that believing you might have life through his name. The most beautiful life is a life through believing in Christ. >> You can believe in Christ. It doesn't cost you anything. You can believe in Christ because it provides your relationship with God Almighty. Close your eyes and say, "Father, thank you that you became human on the earth. Thank you that you died on the cross for me. Thank you that you put on a human body so that you could pay the price of the sacrifice required that I might become your child. Thank you for that
1:28:47 great work on the cross. Thank you. Thank you for you are the bread of life. [snorts] Thank you Lord for you are the eternal son of God. You are the door through which I enter. You are the good shepherd. You are the bread of my life. You are the way, the truth. You are the true vine. You are the resurrection and life. Oh son of God, thank you that you came to give me eternal life. And I don't want to be foolish to reject you. I want to be wise as the wise men that came to worship you and to accept your greatness. And we pray that your peace, that your power, your grace be upon us. Hallelujah. Lord Jesus, this beautiful, wonderful morning. We want to thank you that you are here. Thank you for your grace. We have come this morning Lord to worship you, to meditate on your word,
1:29:53 to appreciate your work in our lives. And we truly thank you. To you be all the glory and honor. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Shall we all stand together? We're going to sing a song before we pray and close. And I want to take this time to invite all of you who are guests here, who are visitors here. Next Sunday in Bethle Church at Hebal. Don't miss. Come. It's going to be a Sunday of gratitude and thanksgiving. And 31st night, of course, we're going to be back here to pray [music] and start the new year with Jesus. Amen. Let's sing together. Oh come Holy faithful, joyful and triumphant. [singing] Oh come he oh come ye to Bethlehem. Come and behold

How many of you this morning, you know, it is your time now to make your decision to be connected to this great I am. You know this is your moment to receive Christ as your Lord and Savior. And you know it is wisdom not to reject him. You want to start a life with God. You want him to cleanse you by his holy precious blood. This good shepherd, this bread of life, this way, truth and life. You want this door to be the one through
1:34:13 whom you walk into everything God has for you. You want his light to light up your life. Not the light of the world, but the light of his glory and grace. such people. If today is the first time in your life that you're making that decision to have Christ as your Lord and Savior, don't be afraid. Or maybe you were backsliden and today you want to come back to the grace of God. Wherever you are, don't be afraid. Slip up your hand. I just want to pray with you. That's fantastic. I see so many, many hands going up. Close your eyes. Let me pray with you. Maybe you want to repeat this prayer after me. Say, Lord Jesus, today I receive you as my Lord and Savior. From today I want to live as your child. I thank you that my name
1:35:16 is being written in the book of [music] eternal life that I belong to you. Forgive all my sin. Give me the grace to forgive others and to live to live a life that is thankful full of gratitude to be faithful to you. Lord Jesus, thank you that I'm your child from today. I thank you that I don't belong to curses, evil, that I don't belong to sin anymore. Thank you that I belong to you forever. Thank you that I am born again in Jesus' name. Amen. [clears throat] church, give them a big hand of welcome
1:36:21 to the kingdom of God. Go ahead. That's fantastic. All of you who receive [music] Christ, welcome into the family of God. You are no longer a orphan. You are a child of the living God. And he is your master, your maker, your friend, your savior, [music] and you belong to him. Our God is a miracle working God. Hallelujah. All the believers, let's start praying, expecting God's divine touch. Thank you Lord for your mighty touch in Jesus holy name we pray and the people said amen. Amen. Go ahead give God a [music] mighty hand clap. Hallelujah. [singing] Hallelujah. 1:39:38 it's worth the living just because he lives. [singing] God sent [music] his son. They called him Jesus. [music] He came to love, heal, and forgive. He lived and died.
