03 Let's do the confessions together. I believe in the Almighty God, our father and creator. I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, God and my savior. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. He suffered, died, and rose again. He ascended into heaven. He shall soon come again. I believe in God the Holy Spirit who is worshiped and my guide. I believe in holy fellowship, faithful giving and service to God in this church. I believe the holy Bible is the perfect word of God. I am what it says I. I have what it says I and I can do what it says I can do. Today as I learn the word of God here in my spiritual family, I am blessed for a holy and victorious. I will never again be the same in Jesus name. Amen. The Lord bless us. Please be seated. I want to thank you all for sending emails. It's beautiful to read the testimonies and rejoice in what God is

07 doing in each of our lives and thank God for so many many miracles that uh keeps happening as we trust in the Lord and look to the Lord. Amen. heavy rain last night all over the city and good to see all of us in God's presence this morning as we continue to study on the word the kingdom the kingdom of God and as we continue to study on the word the kingdom of God and we look at how we connect with God's kingdom as living sacrifices and last Sunday we looked at the importance of connecting with the spirit of God the Holy Spirit and his kingdom through the mentality of growth growth, the willingness to grow because the kingdom of God is a growing kingdom and all of us must be willing to grow. Today I want to learn with us on the importance of righteousness in the kingdom of God. In fact, I was studying on the word forgiveness for the last months almost a year and uh more on the forgiveness that God provides us and it's called

12 righteousness. The word that is used to fully understand the power of God's forgiveness is also the word righteousness. In other words, you cannot be in the kingdom of God and you cannot operate the power of the kingdom of God unless we handle the righteousness that God gives us. Now, this word righteousness has got two applications. One is the gift which God gives us. It's called the gift of righteousness. It's a free gift. God gives each one who believes, he gives them the gift of righteousness. You don't have to do anything. Just as you believe in Christ Jesus, you're given a gift. A lot of times you don't even know it. You don't even know that you got a gift. You're not even aware you got a gift. And uh you know we went to a restaurant uh many years ago and uh they I I didn't know that it was the I think the day or just in a day or two they had opened that restaurant. So when we went they gave us a special dish. I said no no we didn't order this.

15 I mean I didn't want to pay for it and I I I wasn't sure if I even wanted that. So I said we didn't order this. So uh must be for someone else. They said no no this is from the chef. that's for you. So I said surely not for our table. He said no it is for you. We just opened uh whenever and so you know for our first uh customers we are just giving it free. Then I said okay whether I like it or no free things are welcome you know as long as you're not paying for it. So many times we don't even know God has made it available for us. It's a free gift. God says you are righteous. It's a gift. The moment you believed in Jesus, it's a joining bonus. You heard that word joining bonus. There's a joining bonus. But then there is a second aspect to righteousness. It's our lifestyle. Once we believe in the Lord Jesus, we begin to live out of that faith in Christ Jesus. We begin to operate in the faith. It's a famous story that came up in the

18 Indian newspapers. two uh American people were um going on a holiday uh in some part of the Indian coastal regions in the beach side and they found uh two or three children who were begging on the road and um this people were somehow had compassion and asked the children their whereabouts and the children had no parents and they found these were orphans. So immediately this couple who were not having children, they were childless couple, they contacted the Indian government and requested for adoption proceedings and uh they got to adopt these two children or three children whatever and then in a few months they flew the children to their country and just as the children got into the car and they were going to the house the children were worried. They were panicking. They were scared. And they were afraid to touch things. They were And then the parents had to convince them. Listen, this is a gift because you are our children. Everything

22 now belongs to you. You just have to learn how to use it. You don't have to keep asking us, can we sit here? Can we touch that? Can we see it? Is yours do what you want. But there's a way of handling it. Many times we as God's children, we still wonder, am I am I am I blessed enough to get that miracle? Am I holy enough to get that job? Am I in the good books of God that he will give me a good marriage? God says it's a joining bonus. I have given it to you. It is yours. It is just that you learn to handle it. It's just that you grow up to handle it correctly. Amen. And and out of that faith these children out of the faith that they belong to the family they realized okay now we have parents we have parents these are not just our guardians this is not some foster care we have parents these are our parents they began to behave like it is their home they didn't behave like street children begging on the road they began to behave

24 in a decent manner language changed their behavior their change. They were not fighting for food. They were not fighting for clothes. They were not fighting for attention because they knew their turn will come. When that faith had come into them that yes, we belong. Their behavior began to change. True righteous behavior does not come from the fear of God. It comes from the faith in God. Now that I'm a child of God, I got to honor my father. I got to honor his grace on my life. That lifestyle, that lifestyle is called the righteous lifestyle which we consciously choose. Now this is the transformative gift of God. This gift that we call righteousness which God gives us when we believe in him because our sins are forgiven by his grace is called the transformative gift of God. This gift of God is given to us and it is not achieved through uh will I become more righteous before God if I pray more. No, you pray more because you're already

25 righteous and you want to have a good relationship with your heavenly father. If I fast and pray, will I become more holy? No, it is already given as a gift to you. Now, you fast and pray because you're already a child of God. And that is a good behavior. Fasting and prayer is a good behavior of those who are already God's children. It is purely received through faith in Christ Jesus and his perfected work, his completed work on the cross. When you believe in what the Lord Jesus has done and you realize what Jesus did for me is more than enough to make me a child of God and put me in a good standing before God, that faith is what makes you righteous. In in fact, it makes you in a good standing with God Almighty. Look at what Romans chapter 5, the Bible says in verse 17. For if by the trespass or sin of one man called Adam, death ruled reigned through that one man, how much more will those who

30 receive God's abundant provision of grace and of the see righteousness there is a gift. It's a gift. It's a gift of righteousness. They will rule in life. They'll have dominion in life through that one man. When God became a man, that condition was called Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Amen. So like how we all become sinners, have become sinners through Adam. You don't have to commit sin to be a sinner. You're already a sinner. We we we were all sinners who used to do righteous things once in a while. But now we have become righteous who do sin once in a while. Status has changed. Those who are sinners now are called righteous because you have received a free gift of righteousness. >> It's a free gift that you have received.

33 The moment you believe in the Lord Jesus and say, "Lord, I know I'm born a child of Adam, but I believe in you." That moment you are born again, a child of God Almighty. That instantaneous legal standing before God as a precious child of God is a gift God has given you. Whether you understand it or no, whether you accept it or no, whether you receive it or no, whether you make use of it or no, it is already given to you in the presence of God Almighty. You have already received it from God. God has imparted it on you. When God looks at you, he he's a righteous person. But what about my sin pastor? Yes, he sees that also. He sees you being righteous, having done some sin. That's how he sees. God looks at you and me as righteous people. And this is really difficult to understand because we are all sin conscious people. We are all conscious of what wrong we do. And therefore we

36 have that sense of penitence before God. That sense of I'm not worthy before God. And that's not a bad thing. But when you ignore the gift of righteousness, that becomes a bad thing. Never ignore. Adam lost God's favor because of sin. He lost that right standing with God. But Jesus, our Lord, restored us back into the right standing with God. >> Amen. >> That's the work Jesus did on the cross. Jesus was not starting Christianity on the cross. Jesus was not starting a religion on the cross. Jesus for all who were born sons of Adam was giving a chance for them to be born again sons of God daughters of God he was giving them a provision now if you take that provision and say yes I receive it Lord I'm your child you are righteous in the eyes of God Almighty hallelujah through the perfect sacrifice of Christ our Lord on the cross of Calvary you're born

40 again through the bloodline line of Jesus and we are restored by the power of the cross of Calvary. You are righteous in the eyes of God. In your own eyes you may be a sinner but in the eyes of God you are righteous. >> Amen. And thankfully that matters more. Even if you feel you're not good, what matters is what God feels. >> Amen. See in the Old Testament there's this beautiful story of the children of uh Abraham. They were called Israel right? So they had now multiplied into a big number a few hundreds of thousands of them lacks of them. Now they were living in the land of Egypt and they had become slaves in the land of Egypt probably because of their poor indulgence and uh politics they stayed away from all of that and they became slaves over there and now they began to cry out to God. 430 years they were slaves. They began to cry out to God. God brought a man called Moses and he

44 was a stammering fellow. He couldn't talk properly. God brought out this man called Moses and said, "Moses, I'm going to use you and bring Israel out of Egypt into the land I had promised their father, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob." So Moses is now ready or probably forced in some sense and he comes down to Pharaoh's Egypt and he says, "Let my people go that they may worship." Now Pharaoh says, "Who are you?" He says, "I'm Moses. My God has sent me." Who is your God? My God's name is I am that I am. Huh? Haven't heard of that God. But anyway, now I can't send. Then he says, "God is going to send plagues on uh Egypt. People are going to die." Oh, really? Let's see. 10th plague comes in a period of maybe 6 months. 10th plague comes and Pharaoh calls this Moses and says, "Please go from here. We are afraid of you guys. We all die. You better go." Finally, all of them leave. They're crossing the Red Sea. Now, at

48 that time when they choose to leave, God tells Moses, "The 10th plague is going to be the greatest plague." The 10th plague is this. All the firstborn in Israel will in Egypt will die. And nobody in Israel will die. There's going to be a separation between the houses of Israel and the houses of Egypt. In the houses of Egypt, the firstborn will die. Every house who is the eldest child will die. In some house, everyone died. Why? Because the father was the eldest in their house. Mother was the eldest in her house. And they had only one child and they had one dog which was eldest in that family. Wipe out. At that time God told Moses tell Israelites to sacrifice a perfect lamb. Take a lamb and check if it is perfect. It should be without blemish. And the head of the family lay your hands on that lamb and sacrifice that lamb and be ready. Keep your shoes

54 tightened, your belt tightened, your luggage packed. Be ready because after the sacrifice, you will not be in the house of bondage anymore. Once the sacrifice happens, it'll be time to leave. Why? Because you are going to take the blood of the sacrifice and apply it in the door post and the lintil of the house. At the window level and at the door frame, you have to apply the blood. In the night there is going to be an angel of death that passes over the entire land. He the angel of death will not look whether this is a Israelite or this is an Egyptian. It will not distinguish between who is rich and poor. It will not even look at who is living a holy life and who is living an unholy life. It will look only for one thing. Is the blood of the sacrifice there? If the blood of the sacrifice is there, it will pass over. It will not enter that house. It will pass over. Hallelujah. That night, the angel of death passed over the entire Egypt.

56 Wherever the blood of the sacrifice was there, it did not enter inside. Not because they were very holy, not because they didn't do wrong things, not because they always remembered God, but simply because there was a sacrifice that stood on their behalf. You and I, we have the sacrifice of Calvary on which we are connected. that is applied. Oh, come on. Give God a mighty hand. Hallelujah. HALLELUJAH. Sometimes I feel we need to preach more on the cross and what Christ has done for us. Hallelujah. Amen. And the angel of death saw this beautiful sacrificial blood. And the Bible in the book of Exodus, in the book of Hebrews chapter 12 tells us it was a speaking blood which speaketh better things. That blood in the Egyptian land was symbolic of a better blood that speaketh better things. Hallelujah. And the Bible tells us that night Israel began a journey.

58 The day you are born again by the blood of Jesus, you are on a journey to a better life that God has called you an abundant life on the earth and an eternal life in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah. Amen. On the cross was really a place of exchange where God took away the penality of our sin and gave us the gift of righteousness. It's really an exchange that happened on the cross. In the words of Apostle Paul in the second book of Corinthians, let's read and chapter number 5 verse number 21. For he God Almighty made Jesus to be sin for us. Though Jesus did no sin that we might be made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Jesus knew no sin. Jesus did no sin. But he took our place. He not only died for us, he died instead of us. He not only died to take

02 away our sin. He died so that we don't have to die. He died in our place. He took our punishment. He died on the cross. And that was a place of exchange. God's complete wrath on sin WAS FULLY FULLY SATISFIED in the perfect sacrifice of Christ, the lamb of God. Isaiah chapter 54 talks so much about it. Hallelujah. Making it clear, God is no more against you. >> God is now for you >> because the full payment was done on the cross of Calvary. Hallelujah. I've written down nine things that Jesus took away and Jesus gave to us. Nine things. One, he took away our sin. That's called forgiveness. There's absolute forgiveness for everything. There is forgiveness by the blood of Jesus. And what did he give us? He gave us a

04 righteous standing before the father as if we have done no sin. Jesus took away our condemnation. Those who sin are not supposed to have any goodness before God. But Jesus took away our condemnation and gave us peace with God Almighty. Jesus took away our rejection. We were rejected. But Jesus made us accepted as the children of God. You're not just an angel in God's presence. You're a child in the presence of God. >> Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. Oh, we all fantasize about oh the great angels and their wings and the saraphims and the mighty angel archangel. You know the Bible says Jesus said even the angels desire to have what you have. They are fantasizing about your position that you are a child of the living God. Hallelujah. Jesus took away our shame and gave us his glory and acceptance. Jesus was wounded and beaten and gave to us his healing and his

08 miracles. Hallelujah. Jesus took away our poverty and made the provision for your prosperity and abundance. Jesus took away every depression and sorrow and gave to you the right to be joyful and walk in the happiness of God. Jesus took away the curse of human life which came through Adam and gave us the eternal blessing of God Almighty. Jesus took away eternal death and gave us eternal life. Everything happened on the cross of Calvary. The moment you believe IN IT, THE WHOLE PACKAGE is yours. This is what the scripture says. Shall we do one small exercise? You all repeat after me loud and bold. If you believe in this holy scripture, I'm going to repeat one line. You repeat it after me. Shall we do that? >> It might feel like a shouting match, but it is a confession.

11 Let's shout it out together. Jesus took my sin. >> Jesus took my s. >> He gave me forgiveness. >> He gave me forgiveness. >> And I am made righteous. in right standing with God. >> in right standing with God. >> Jesus took away my condemnation. >> Jesus took away my >> and gave me peace with God. >> Jesus endured my rejection. >> Jesus endured my >> and adopted me as God's child. >> Jesus bore my shame. >> Jesus bore my >> and gave me his glory and honor. >> gave me his glory and honor. Jesus was wounded for me. >> Jesus was >> and gave me the power of healing. >> The power of healing >> Jesus became poor for me. >> Jesus >> and gave me his abundance. >> Jesus carried my sorrow. >> Jesus >> and gave me his eternal joy. >> Jesus took away my curse.

15 >> He was made a curse for me. and gave me every blessing in heavenly places. >> JESUS DIED FOR ME. >> JESUS DIED INSTEAD of me. >> JESUS TOOK AWAY MY DEATH. >> JESUS AND GAVE me eternal life. Go ahead, give God a mighty hand clap. Hallelujah. HALLELUJAH. The cross is a place of divine exchange. We are made righteous through Christ Jesus. How how can it be pastor? Well, if you go to Europe and you want to study, you have to pay for your own graduation. Your parents will not pay for you. You have to take a loan. You have to pay. You have to work hard. You have to pay for your own graduation. School is free. Government will pay. But when you finish your schooling, you have to pay if you want to study.

22 Many European I have spoken to them when they come to India, they are shocked. Your parents pay for your graduation. Really? They must be very good parents because even rich parents in Europe, they don't pay for their children's education. Children have to work hard and pay for your own education. Many Indian people when they become a child of God, they have European mentality. Jesus paid for my sin. No, no, I only have to pay. This fever is because of my sin. This cancer is because of my sin. This job loss is because of my sin. No. Jesus paid for all that. >> He paid for all of that. >> You have every right to walk in healing. You have every right to walk in prosperity. You have every right in the name of Jesus. Amen. This morning, don't be convinced with the synretatism of the world. We live in a pluralistic world

26 which is not a bad thing. We live in a diverse cultural background. Everyone got multiple viewpoints. You live by the word of the living God. You don't formulate your plan based on what others say. You base your faith on the word of God. >> Hallelujah. >> You are righteous before God Almighty. But my office, the boss always called me that is because you're unrighteous before him. But before God, you are righteous. My wife always called me unrighteous before her. My parents always find fault with me. That's because you are at fault before them. But before God, you have a right standing. >> Hallelujah. >> You know a a child will occasionally do wrong things. Will that person will that child suddenly become orphan? Huh? Child did something wrong. Suddenly

31 does the child lose uh parenting care? Does a child suddenly become an orphan? No more parents. Why? Oh, I committed one sin. Child may get punishment. That is a different thing. Child will have to have peace with the parents. Child will have to apologize and say, "I'm sorry." But child will never lose childhood. Child will never lose lineage. Child is still a child of that family. Sometimes we make mistakes. We act like we are holy. That's okay. But God knows our heart. Yesterday's our church calendar verse is so powerful. We deal with whom whose eyes can see everything. Hallelujah. I looked at that scripture and I felt very uncomfortable. When I realized God is a happy God because he's not uncomfortable with me because he's a merciful God. Amen. >> Yes, we have a God who sees everything but his mercy is so strong and and see this is what we have to understand. The

33 forgiveness of God and the righteousness which God gives us there is something that we have to understand here. Forgiveness is a debt cancellation is a debt cancellation. Like for example, our government has uh canled all the debt of uh the industrialist uh Adani. uh it came in the newspapers. So because uh they didn't want them to be in poverty or whatever they uh cancelled the debt. Uh so now they live like they never have the debt you know their weddings and all you can see they don't have any debt because it is canceled you know uh but farmers are committing suicide because their debt is not canceled. Now you should not live in a suicidal mode. Why? Because your debt is canceled on the cross of Calvary. It is completely cancelled. God is powerful to cancel your debt. >> Forgiveness is cancellation of the debt. What is righteousness? It is a credit

37 deposited. >> Forgiveness is a cancellation of debt. But what is righteousness? It is a credit deposited that is Karnataka government. You get 3,000 rupees. You sit in your house, you get vote for them, you get it. And people voted for them and now they are getting it. That is good. Getting money is good. It is not a bad thing. Even people who believe that prosperity is a wrong thing you shouldn't teach in the Bible are collecting government money hypocrisy but anyway point what I'm making is righteousness is deposit of money in that in that illustration I'm saying don't cut this video and start one trolling

43 What I'm saying is righteousness is a gift God gives. It is something God is putting into your account. Forgiveness is cancellation of your debt. You are supposed to pay back. There was a penalty you are supposed to pay that is wiped out. >> Righteousness is a gift put into your account. >> Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. >> God clothe us in righteousness and gives you boldness and authority. Are we all learning something? For me, these are all preaching points. Actually, I like to take the mic and just just preach it, not talk like this, but we should understand this topic. Forgiveness is something that we need repeatedly. Even after we become the children of God, forgiveness is something we need repeatedly. 1 John chapter 1, the Bible says in verse 9, if anyone says we have no sin, he is lying because we all commit mistakes. But we have a precious advocate with the father whose precious blood continues to

45 cleanse us. >> Amen. Hallelujah. >> Amen. But the gift of righteousness is given once at salvation >> and God never takes it back. >> It is given at salvation. It's a one-time event. Forgiveness is a regular event. Every time you sin, you go back to God saying, "God, I'm sorry." But don't stop your prayer there. Don't always keep confessing your sin alone. Along with confession of your sin and uh repentance, make sure you confess your righteousness. Lord, thank you that I'm forgiven. Thank you that I am in right standing with you. Thank you that I am your child. Thank you that you have cleansed me by your precious blood. Thank you that you will give me grace not to repeat it again. I know I've prayed this for the last seven years, but I will continue to pray because I know you will give me deliverance. Keep praying like that and the devil and tradition will both be put to shame. Hallelujah. AMEN. I HAVE written down today's message and

48 uh promised myself I'll preach only from the text because this is such a wasp subject and it's so beautiful to just indulge in it you know uh sometimes you see some swimming pool you can't jump into it because your head will go hit on the floor you have to slowly get down it'll be knee deep it'll be like some children's pool no there are topics like that this is a ocean you want to deep dive into it Yeah, but I have 10 more minutes. So the other day I heard someone saying in one way it's good that church services are short otherwise pastor your message will send us to directly to heaven like that. They said it in a positive way. You know there are two people in the Bible that the Lord Jesus was amazed about. two people in the Bible that really surprised the Lord Jesus. Jesus can't be surprised. He knows everything. But the Lord was surprised with two people. One was a Canonite woman.

50 Another was a Roman centurion. He was impressed with them. Interestingly, none of them were the children of Abraham. None of them came from the Jewish culture. None of them had gone into Solomon's temple. These were people who never offer offered any sacrifices. They didn't know the Jewish hymns. centurion. You'll find that story in Matthew's gospel chapter uh 8 verse 5 onwards. You know the centurion comes to Jesus and says my servant is sick of palsy. Centurion means like a police inspector with about 100 soldiers in his command. I have a servant probably a soldier sick of pulsy. Paly means like paralysis and uh can you heal him? Jesus says, "Okay, I'll heal him." And the guy says, "Oh Lord, by the way, I know you're busy and you don't have to come to my house. I'm not even worthy to have you to my house. So just speak the word." And this guy goes on to tell Jesus. The Lord is

52 looking at him. Uh-huh. And he says, "Lord, you know what? I have soldiers in my command. When I tell one fellow go, he goes. Another fellow come," he comes. Just like I have authority on my soldiers, I know you have authority on life and death. One word from you is enough. I know my servant will be healed. I think Pentecostals must learn from this Roman centurion. Hallelujah. Pastor, come home and apply oil gives hope also. I tell YOU there's nothing wrong in applying oil or soap. My point is have faith in God. That's when your oil will work. Have faith IN GOD. SPEAK THE WORD. JUST SPEAK THE WORD. JUST SPEAK THE WORD. Jesus looked at him and said, "I have not seen such faith. No, not in Israel." Jesus, our Lord, was amazed.

56 What faith? Peter was so shocked he couldn't talk. tongue was frozen. Didn't know what to do. Everything just clogged, brain freeze. Another was the Canonite woman. That that also is in uh Matthew's gospel. Each story is one sermon chapter 15 is from verse 21 onwards. Canonite woman. She's from the area Elijah had done evangelism long ago. Tyra and Siden. So she's from that region. She's uh got a daughter whose demon persist. H she comes to Jesus and says Lord my daughter is demonp possessed and needs deliverance. Jesus is no very busy now. You know what this lady says? She starts to worship Jesus. When God says no, she worshiped God. Not like Indian Christians. No more church Jesus. I'm done. No. Learn from the Canonite woman. Jesus said no on her face and she says I

00 love you and starts worshiping him. >> Wow. When God says no and you can worship, you are better than Israel. You are in the canonite level. >> And immediately her daughter was healed. The Lord Jesus looked at her and said, "What great faith. >> I have not seen this even in Israel. Only two times the Lord said that and both were for non-Jewish people. What was the common thing about these two people? Their focus was not on their sin. Their focus was on his glory. Their focus was on his character. Their focus was on his power. They were focused on what he can do. They were focused on how great he is. Somebody give him a mighty hand of praise. They were focused on him. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. This morning, don't be focused on the size of the church. Don't be focused on the preacher. Be focused on the Lord

03 Jesus. That's where the gift of righteousness begins to work in a powerful manner. Hallelujah. Oh, I am excited in my heart. How many hundreds of people are healed Sunday after Sunday just listening to the word of God. The testimonies are so beautiful. I tell you our God is a miracle working God. There is power in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. Some fellows say your message I don't get anything. You're a good Israelite. But so many canonites and Roman centurions are getting healed and touched by the power of God. Hallelujah. HIS GRACE I'm telling for you only. That's why Jesus said, "Unless your righteousness exceeds that of the Israelites, of the Sadducees and the Pharisees, you will in no wise enter the kingdom." See the word kingdom there. Because you cannot experience the kingdom unless you enjoy the gift of

08 righteousness. >> Hallelujah. >> Expect God's blessings. Romans chapter 4 the Bible says through Abraham God had given the promise that you will reign in life you will rule you will have dominion. When you read Genesis chapter 1 verse 26 after God created everything our God is the creator. You want to know the profile of our God, CV of our God, you want to know the uh biodata of our God, he created everything. They're still discovering what all he created. Hubble telescope, bubble telescope. So many things are flying around and discovering. Oh, this is also there. The Bible says God created that also. It's there in Genesis 1. He created the stars also. You know, God created all of us. Some of us behave like monkeys. That's misunderstanding. That's because you come from misunderstanding.

10 You are born once, you die once, and then you face the judgment of God. You you face the throne room of God. But for those who are believers in Christ, your judgment is over. It is over on the cross of Calvary. Your sin was judged on the cross. So God created everything. And in verse 26, God created Adam and Eve and said, "Have dominion over everything. Have dominion. Have dominion over the trees and the plants and the rivers and the animals. Have dominion over everything and rule them. Make it profitable for you. Make it useful for you. Cultivate it. Preserve it. Don't destroy it. Look after it." So the position you and I have as people of God, the status we have is a status of dominion through the righteousness of God. So if you really look at the world today, people that are built on Judeo-Christian values and who actually

13 practice that thinking, you look at their waters are cleaner, their places are cleaner, they they preserve things better and they make things more productive because they believe in the concept of having dominion because God has given it to us. We preserve it and we make it beautiful. The other side is in Romans chapter one. They fear these things. They fear the rivers, they fear the sun, they fear the animals and they worship everything. You find a lot of such things in especially African tribes where for everything you know they they're out of fear they worship it. They bow before it. God says thou shalt not bow down before them because I am the creator. >> And wherever there is that culture and you look at those African countries, they're all in such poverty because God created you to have dominion over it. But when you allow them to have dominion over you, you start worshiping that river. You start worshiping that animal. You start worshiping the solar system and you are a Christian and you say, "Oh, let me see how the zodiac is. Then

15 I'll decide my date of marriage." You are giving them dominion over you. God has created you to have dominion over them >> and preserve them and and handle them in a way that will be profitable. That's why the Bible says in Romans 4: uh 13, "And through Abraham, he passed on the grace of dominion to rule over through the status of your righteousness in Christ Jesus." Hallelujah. Today we are going to pray because you and I have to benefit from the kingdom of God. >> You should not just be in the kingdom of God and drag yourself. I saw this. I was traveling to Bastar district to preach 25 years ago, 30 years ago. I was going through Kiranul, you know, parts of Orisa. I was on a train. Oh my god. Uh there was no reserved uh ticket. There was only general class. So I was also in that coach and one lady was keeping the basket on her head. I I'm a witness now.

21 I don't know her language. So I tried to tell her keep it down. Why you keeping? Then I kept quiet because she seemed to be irritated with me. It's a old lady. And uh by then I had grown up to understand don't get into the wrath of any lady young or old. So I stopped trying to suggest anything to help her. I stopped. Then later uh she I I I I if I remember right somebody was telling me that they are worried to keep it down because they feel it is their burden and uh they are supposed to carry it. It's a it's a mental thinking. We don't have to keep it down. We shouldn't keep it down. It's our burden. Once we keep it down then uh we are taking extra space on the and she wouldn't sit on the chair. She would only sit down on the walking area because she just felt she's not worthy to sit on the chair. You know, God is telling in the book of Romans, don't be like that. I have paid for it on the cross. Change your thinking. You have

24 been given dominion through the gift of righteousness. Hallelujah. Have a humble heart, but know who you are in Christ Jesus. Close your eyes and say, "Father, I learned your word today. Thank you for the gift of righteousness. Thank you that righteousness is my identity, is my position. And help me, Lord, to live out that righteousness, not through fear, but through faith in who you are, to live out that righteousness, to live in holiness, to live in sanctity, to live in purity, not because I become holy through my actions, but because my actions represent the holiness you have already given me. Help me to live out my holiness. Hallelujah. Wherever you are seated or standing, take a few minutes to put your faith according to the word of God. Repent for wrong thinking. Change your mind by the word of God. The Bible says in the book

27 of Romans chapter 12 that we should be transformed in our thinking by the word of the living God. Only then we can be effective and living sacrifices. This morning there is a mighty anointing in this room. Hallelujah. Generational curses are broken when you understand the dominion you have in Christ Jesus. God will make all things work together for good for you. Yes, you may be going through seasons of pain. Yes, you may be going through a warfare. That doesn't mean that you have lost your position as a righteous child of God. You are a righteous child of God. Sometimes you go through pain. Sometimes you go through struggle. The devil sometimes attacks you in your mind, in your body, in your finances. You go through spiritual warfare. Sometimes people turn against you. But don't worry, you will learn new lessons. You will fly with high colors. You'll fly

31 with victory because God who called you is for you. He's never against you. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Wherever you are seated or standing, shall we lift up our hands to the Lord and take a minute to say, Lord, thank you that you have made me righteous by the blood of Jesus. Thank you that I am born again, righteous before you. Thank you that I'm a child in your family. Many times I forget who I am. Thank you that my identity is that I am a child of the living God. Like that Roman centurion, like that Canonite woman. Help me never to be afraid, but to look at your love, to look at your beauty, to look at your greatness, and to worship you even in times that are difficult. Hallelujah. Please put your hands down. Heavenly Father, as your servant today, I pronounce your blessings on your people. May they increase in your grace. May they increase and walk in the righteousness of your word. May they increase in their commitment to you. May they walk in

33 victory in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. We thank you Lord that even though we are buffeted, even though we are sometimes pressed, even though sometimes we face oppression on every side, thank you that you are with us and we will grow. We will come out victorious. You have called us as living sacrifices to connect with that great kingdom of yours and to flow in that anointing. Thank you for the status that we are the sons of God. We are the daughters of God. We are the righteous in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah. Thank you that the devil has no authority on anybody. Thank you that the demonic world has no power on anybody. Thank you that when we pray, heavens are open before us. Hallelujah. Thank you Lord that you do answer our prayers in Jesus mighty name we pray. And the people said amen. Go ahead give the Lord a big hand of praise. Hallelujah.
