Shout His Praise!!!

Psalm 89:15

Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O Lord, in the light of thy countenance.

In the Old Testament, the trumpets were sounded at the appointed feasts, over the burnt offerings and sacrificial offerings. The entire assembly worshipped, sang and trumpeters kept sounding it until the burnt offering was finished.  The sins of the people was placed on the offering and by the end of the ceremony, they were completely renewed in righteousness. It was this joy of liberty, cleansing and atonement that they celebrated and made a loud joyful sound about. No longer were they slaves to their sins, nor doomed because of their wrongs, but they could walk in confidence that they were blessed beyond the curse.

How beautiful it is that the sins of us, was placed on the Lamb who was slain so that we could experience freedom from the dominion of sin, from condemnation, from bondage and receive eternal life! When Jesus cried, ‘It is finished,’ it really was finished. Whatever needed to be done to save you was completed on the Cross of Calvary. Absolutely nothing more was required.

So then, what is it that you can do to acknowledge this victory? Receive it in faith and proclaim it with all of your heart! Your soul should be in complete symphony to the joyful sound of the melody of those who have been set free by the blood of the Lamb. You have received the matchless love, unending grace and bountiful mercy through Jesus Christ.

Listen to the sound of the Gospel- It fills your soul with so much gratitude that you cannot help but burst out in worship and praise. Day in and day out, you are thankful and in continual serenade of His goodness!!!
