Psalm 69:30
“I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify Him with thanksgiving.”
The most favorite period with God is when we see miracles, healing, answered prayer seasons, relationships getting better, promotions, and good grades because we see God at work and bearing fruit for our hard work and patience. Praise for God in such times is a beautiful and important part of our spiritual journey.
But all seasons are not the same, and neither are the experiences. Our praise is the best weapon when we are in a season of waiting and seeing no results from our prayers. To magnify God’s presence and thank Him for whatever the current circumstances are is where the strength of true faith resides. To sing praise and thank God, when the heart feels heavy and the mind feels burdened with thoughts, is when our relationship with God gets stronger and deeper. Let us learn to praise and thank Him in all seasons because He is faithful.
