Ephesians 6:10: Finally, my bretheren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might.
While there are so many things to be secure of in the world and to be stable, the word of God teaches us to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. We don’t have to acquire anything in the world to be secure or strong. We just need to make the Lord our strength and be secure in Him and also in the power of His might.
When we find someone who is stronger than us, we feel so confident and courageous to depend on that person for our every need and we just want to hang around with that person for the rest of our lives. We would just love to make that person our best buddy, don’t we? That is the same with God. God is much stronger and much more secure to be with. He knows what we need and also protects us from the wiles of the enemy.
Being strong in the Lord and in His power will not allow the devil to place a foothold in our lives. Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. When the enemy comes against us like a flood, God will lift up a standard against him. Be bold and strong in the Lord and in His power. Be blessed.
