Do you believe in God?

Daniel 6:23:  Then was the king exceeding gad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den.  So Daniel was taken up out of the den and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his God.

Daniel was put in a den of lions just because he prayed to God as always and did not succumb to the pressure of his enemies to worship nobody else other than the king.  Daniel was removed out of the den without a single scratch on his body because he believed in his God.

Daniel honoured and revered and worshipped God in the midst of challenges which were too risky as to the extent of losing his life. He worshipped and prayed to God as usual knowing very well of the consequences that he would be facing.  As soon as he was thrown into the lions’ den, it was time for God to act and reward Daniel’s unwavering faith in Him.  During troubled times, Daniel did not care about his life but followed his scheduled hours of prayer strictly.  Therefore, God showed up at the time when Daniel needed Him the most.  He was taken out of the den unhurt.  God honoured Daniel’s faith.

Life throws many challenges at us.  How we face them is what matters.  We might go through what we call troubled times but do we have faith that God will help us out?  We might go through breakdowns and breakups.  How we handle them or face them is what we become out of it. We will either get burnt up without God or become even more stronger believing in God.  If we believe in God in every high and low in our lives, we can rest assured that we will come out of them without getting crushed.  Believe in God.
