Trouble, what Trouble?

“Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me.” Psalm 138:7

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever! (Hebrews 13:8).

The same Jesus that saved King David from his many wars, trials and tribulations in the past – is the same Jesus who has saved you and I from our own troubles and tribulations!

The truth is that all of us have gone through wars, and trouble. Not the wars that David fought. But each one of us, in some way, fought battles, faced troubles. We all have walked in the midst of trouble, right? None of us is free from it, in fact, Jesus himself promised us that “in this world we would have trials, sorrows, troubles, tribulations” – what a promise!

BUT, HE also promised us a way out! Yes! He also said; “take heart, take courage, be of good cheer, be courageous, be confident, because I have overcome, I have conquered, I have won the victory over, I have defeated the world!” (John 16:33).

The victory is HIS! So, look up to Jesus! He will revive you! He will stretch His hand over you when you feel like giving up! He will protect you from the wrath of your enemies, and His right hand will save you! Today and forevermore! Hallelujah! Amen!
