Living with a Promise

Isaiah 40:29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.” KJV

The above verse affirms the fact that our God is a supplier. He is a supplier of all things that are good and for all those who are in need. God has promised His chosen ones that during struggles and trying times, He will renew our strength and increase our power. He so beautifully reminds us, that we need not depend on our weaknesses, but in Him who is able. He is the deliverer of the faint hearted and the savior of the weak minded.

Isaiah 40:31 says “but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” This is the promise of our Lord to all those who call upon His name and depend on Him for their relief and rescue. Let us hold on to this guarantee, now more than ever as the whole world is going through uncertainties. We do not know what tomorrow holds, but we do know that the God we serve is already in our tomorrow, fighting our battles and providing us with a fresh supply of His power and His strength to face our tomorrow. Our jobs, relationships, health, finances are safe in His hands. Let us thank God that we are made strong in our weaknesses.
