Our Savior Lives

1 Corinthians 15:14

If Christ is not risen, then our preaching is empty and your faith is also empty.

Have you ever wondered what it would mean if Christ did not die on the cross for us? What if He did not rise again as He promised? Without His death and resurrection, our faith would not make any sense (1 Corinthians 15:17). There would not be a New Testament or Gospel to preach. Eternal life after death would be nothing but a myth. But because our Lord is risen, everything changes.

Christ’s resurrection is our greatest hope and the cornerstone of our faith. It proves His identity as the Son of God and establishes His ultimate authority over sin and death. Hence, all who believe in Him are also assured of their own resurrection and the inheritance of eternal life.

When Jesus stepped out of the tomb, He demonstrated His divine authority. He defeated death forever (1 Corinthians 15:55), carrying hope for every believer. So, our faith is not built on a theory or a philosophy; it is anchored in the one and only living Savior who conquered the grave.

Today, let’s soak in apostle Paul’s encouraging words and let hope arise within us. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in our lives. His resurrection power is renewing, restoring, and reminding us that nothing is impossible with God.

Our risen Christ walks with us through every fire, storm, and valley. He hears our prayers, wipes our tears, and fights our battles. Our future is secure in and through Him, just as the famous song reminds us, “Because He lives, I can face tomorrow.”
