Serve the LORD with gladness, come before HIS presence with singing. Psalm 100:2
GOD is our place of comfort. The way, in which a child runs to its mother’s arms should we run to our ABBA FATHER. He is our place of gladness, comfort, and strength.
When we come to the presence of our Lord Jesus, we tend to come with a list of our complaints, hurts, insecurities, etc. but true worship is when we believe that despite our shortcomings, we are filled with gladness to serve HIM and know HIM more deeply. That feeling of gladly surrendering to GOD gives pure joy. When we allow GOD to overcome our complaints, hurts, and insecurities, we will feel a surge of strength that will flow in us.
GOD’s presence is blissfull, it changes us inside out. The things that would hold us back, doesn’t hold us back anymore. Through HIS presence in our life, we are strengthened and raised to a life of JOY, PEACE, and HOPE.
So, lets practice gladness, and enter HIS gates with thanksgiving in our hearts.
