Praise God with Your Song

Isaiah 12:5 (NKJV): Sing to the Lord, For He has done excellent things; This is known in all the earth.

Praises of people who do good deeds are always celebrated and we respect them for what they have done. Especially during times when people go out of their way to help those in need. Adding to praise by us, we announce this to our friends and family through social media.

How much more, should we sing praises of our Lord who – the One who created us and has done wondrous things for us? Our God is a righteous, prayer-answering, miracle-working God. Every breath we draw is a gift from Him and He looks after us, His chosen children.

We must sing to the Lord for He is a great God and is worthy of all our praises. Psalm 96:4

We must sing to the Lord to obey His word as He commands us in the Bible to sing and praise Him with thankfulness in our hearts. Colossians 3:16

We must sing to the Lord to give Him thanks for all He has done for us and come into His presence singing and praising Him. Psalm 100:1-2

We must sing to the Lord and sing so all can hear of His good deeds and know of His wondrous ways. We must let the whole world know what a mighty and loving Father we serve. A God who deserves all our songs and praises.

The Bible is filled with verses that tell us to sing with joy at the wondrous works of our Lord. It doesn’t matter whether we have a beautiful voice or not. When we sing, we must sing with a thankful heart and a song of praise.
