His Grace is Sufficient

But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9 

A verse that comforts us during our troubled times, a verse that strengthens us to move forward, a verse that always encourages us is the one quoted for today. His grace is sufficient for us! His power perfects every weakness that we have. The power of God is made available to us! If we are struggling today with the issues of life, God’s power is made available because His grace is more than enough for us.

It is in our places of personal strength that we usually fail, for we are so prone to trust in ourselves and not feel the need for the Lord’s strength. The Lord Jesus promised us that His grace would be sufficient to sustain us, no matter what difficulties we encounter. When we are weak, He is strong. We can flee to the rock that is higher than us.

Dear friend, no matter what you are facing today, His grace is sufficient. If you have lost a loved one, His grace is sufficient. If you are facing illness, His grace is sufficient. If you are facing financial challenges, His grace is sufficient.

When we believe it, we will find it to be true in our lives.
