Glide through

Psalm 18: 32 -33

It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect. He maketh my feet like hinds’ feet, and setteth me upon my high places.

Today in the midst of many a temptation; we are surrounded by the ways of the world. At times it becomes difficult to wade through these circumstances and wage the war of prayer that the Lord wants us every day to attain to. However, no matter what the circumstance we should not be weary or tired of gliding through these storms of various kinds. Every day is a battle and everyday is a victory won in the Lord. When we surrender to him what is his; he gives us the strength and peace to walk through every valley of darkness with a light only we can see. We need to walk in his spirit and in his love. His light will shine forth  and his grace will give us the strength.

Each one of us is walking through some form of darkness. If we look to the world Satan has attacked the very senses of our being. He has been able to delude us in the sense of our sight, smell, taste, hearing etc. We need to always pray to the Lord for the spirit of discernment. When our attitude of service and love is right with the Lord; we will also learn to adopt the right attitude with our brethren.

This journey with the Lord and with our brethren  can only be attained when we walk more, listen more, be more receptive and more sensitive to the voice of the Holy spirit. We will be challenged by the world in different ways; however we need to hear him in the midst of all this chaos and loud banter which sometimes is nothing but empty vessels making noise.
