Luke 11:28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.
What does the word of the Lord hold for each one of us? Many a times we don’t even have the time to read his word and meditate on it. We are so caught up in this web of the flesh and the world we live in that we recede to a different realm. But if we feed our spirit continuously with the word we will never hunger and we will never feel like we are in a desert. We will always be like the oasis in a desert not only being refreshed but also quenching the thirst of those who will find solace in us. Jesus through his word will make us the oasis in this vast desert. His word has power. He is power. Only we need to recognize it; be ready to get replenished by it all the time. A human soul who is watered by the streams of never ending river will never run dry. Even in the moments of drought; his manna, his word will guide us like the radar. Only your heart and mind should be ready.
