Romans 8:28 – “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
And how do we ‘”know” that all things work together for our good? We feel “peace”. The peace that transcends all human understanding. Even when we are going through hardships, trials, persecution, we simply “know” that our God “knows” the outcome. Nothing He does is “a mistake”, or a “sorry I missed that one”, or “oops, next time I will pay more attention”.
Apply this verse to the many heroes of our faith: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Samson, Esther, Job, Paul, and many more. They “knew” that God was in control, that He had a “plan”, that His plan was good!
Our Jesus trusted God the Father without fail! Jesus also “knew” in His Spirit, that the Father’s plan was perfect! “Is Perfect”.
The glitch? Love God! Yes. Love Him. Trust Him. Obey Him. Seek His Presence. Stay in His Presence. Praise Him.
We are called. The called. The saints. God has a purpose for us, for everything that happens in, around, and through us, God has a plan and a purpose!
“And that is why we know that God works ALL things together for our good.” And His plan, as His will, is always – without fail: good, pleasing and perfect! Amen!
