God honours faith

Mark 2:4: And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was; and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay.

It takes more than just a simple faith to  move the heart of God.  Sometimes, we need to show God how much we trust in Him even if all the doors are shut right before our eyes.  When we are just there to receive what belongs to us, it seems like it’s all over.  The things that we hoped so long is going to be our’s seem like it’s not our’s anymore.

The paralyzed man’s friends had to pay a heavy price of faith for their friend to be healed.  Jesus saw their faith and told the paralyzed man that his sins have been forgiven and told him to arise and go to his house.  He was healed. His friends opened the roof and broke it and let this paralyzed man inside in front of everyone.  We have to go one more step ahead of our simple faith that we once when we believed Jesus.  We need to show Him our mountain-moving faith and also believe that He will bring life to dead situations or crippling situations in our life.

When we seem to think that all is lost and hope is gone, there is a way that God will open.  We might not even have thought about this, but God will do it because He loves working in mysterious ways.  Press on in your race, don’t give up and don’t become weary.  God will reward every single step of faith and bless you richly.
