We are on a mission!
The world needs to know about Jesus and His love for us. Many a time we are tight lipped when presented with an opportunity to spread the good news of salvation.
In most cases, it is because of the fear of being persecuted as a converter.
But, the truth of the matter is that we cannot change anyone on our own. If we try to work alone we’ll end up debating, arguing, fighting and eventually pushing the listener further away from Jesus.
We need to invite the Holy Spirit on our mission to spread the word of God. His counsel will show us the right people to approach and put words in our mouth, to reveal the real truth about Jesus to our listeners.
Over the past month, we’ve had umpteen conversations about the upcoming elections in India. Though the elected Prime Minister will in no way be directly related to us, we support our candidate with fervour!
Then, how much more should we talk about the goodness of our Heavenly Father? As the psalmist says “…all day long!“
