The Sacrifice and the Promise!

He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Romans 8:32 (KJV)

Wrapped in one verse – The greatest sacrifice and the blessed promise. This is the profound love of God the Father, towards us, humankind. Sometimes people, situations, and circumstances make us feel insignificant to God, and God is lightyears away from us. The Bible clarifies that our Heavenly Father loves us beyond measure; there is nothing more precious to Him than to save us from our sin.  The only way for us to receive forgiveness for our sins and eternal life is through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Apostle Paul asks us believers to self-reflect; If God would not spare His own Son as a sacrifice (John 3:16) for our sins, would He not willingly give us anything else that we would require for life? The question can be answered confidently only by those who have received the free and precious gift of salvation as described in Romans 10:9. The Gospel of John 14:14 states that if we ask in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for the glory of the Father, we will receive what we ask.

The day we receive our salvation, we are adopted into the family of God, the Father and from that very moment as mentioned in Hebrews 4:16, ‘We can come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in the time of need.

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for the greatest sacrifice and the blessed promise of eternal life to those who believe in You.
